It seems as though everyone is commenting on Aaron Schock and His Amazing Technicolor Outfit, and I didn't want to become one of the herd. I mean, clothes can't make you gay, can they?
Does the fuschia gingham shirt make him a Friend of Dorothy's?
Do the white pants make him a homo?
Does the turquoise belt make him gay?
Does the gay face mean he's a rump rider?
Or.....is he just a man who likes to look good in fabulously colorful outfits?
Doesn't make him gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
But.....aaah......a but....he went a little prissy queeny bitchy about all the assumptions that his picnic ensemble made him look a little, well, faggy, and when people began Twatting, or whatever you call it, and ALLEGING that he might swing that way, he took the drastic step of Twitting that he burned the turquoise belt.
Yeah, but Aaron, what about the rest of the drag?
Methinks he doth protest too much.
He looks like one of them-there HOMERSEXTICALS to me!
ReplyDeletethis is so funny, who dressed him?
ReplyDeletetrying to figure out why he thought it was the belt that made him look gay...
ReplyDeleteI have you to know that Congressman Schock is the Representative from my district (18th Congressional District, Illinois). And I must have my say: THANK YOU for such a well written blog post! It made my day and I laughed until it hurt. I wonder if he sached away or shonte he stayed after the photo op? I wish I could find that outfit and wear it to the Gay Pride parades. You know he didn't burn that belt LMAO ...wonder where I could find one like it?
ReplyDeleteJohn sent me and I love the belt. I'd wouldn't mind having one that color myself.....lol
ReplyDeleteIs he in denial?
Wearing certain clothes is no indicator that you're gay, it just means...hell, what am I saying - OF COURSE IT DOES! Gay men have been using key pieces of clothing and assembling them in fashionable ways to send out clues to other gay men.
ReplyDeleteIf what's-his-face didn't put this ensemble together himself, then maybe his boyfriend, er, I mean his 'stylist' did.
BTW, that's such a Hamptons-style outfit. If he wore it to an event in the Hamptons...that IS borderline acceptable for a straight man to wear there...to an extent.
ReplyDeleteJohn Abuzz sent me ...
ReplyDeleteyou and I are both linked on his blog list.
This is too funny... here is this guy being all paranoid about this and he makes it a point to tweet that he burned the turquoise belt?
LOL
I don't know if he is ,but I'm willing to offer my serivces to find out!!! He's handsome as hell!!!
ReplyDeleteThe turquoise belt and white pants = dead giveaway!
ReplyDeleteTo be fair we can assume he didn't dress himself in the dark, right? *giggles*
The entire outfit is so gay...I'd wear it, especially that belt!
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me most straight women wouldn't even wear that belt, esp. not with that shirt anyway! LoL Yuck!! However it does make him look awfully sweet. Actually all the photos do. Huh...you may have a point there! P.S. I'm here by way of my friend John Abuzz!
ReplyDeleteWell then, welcome Lavonne!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stoppin' in.
As my fiance says, "that's a c...sucker's mouth if I ever did see one!"
