If you didn't know how much of an asshat, utter fool, complete idiot, hypocrite, liar, brainless, moron that Glenn beck is, well, here's another example.
Glenn Beck used to chastise members of the media who talked about Sarah Palin's children--you know, the abstinence-loving-single-mom-daughter, Bristol...and Willow, the other daughter, who ALLEGEDLY threw a house party in a neighbor's vacant house--to, and these are his words, "leave families alone."
Well, what's good for the goose is not necessarily good for the Beck.
On his radio show recently, Beck spent a great deal of time making fun of President Barack Obama's 11-year-old daughter, Malia, imitating her in a childish high-pitched voice and criticizing her intelligence.
Oh, yes. Go after the children you asshat.
But now, only after parents and news media and bloggers demanded it, Beck offered an apology on his website: "I broke my own rule about leaving kids out of political debates. The children of public figures should be left on the sidelines. It was a stupid mistake and I apologize -- and as a dad I should have known better."
You should have known better as a human being.
You should have known better because you criticized others for doing the same thing.
You should have known better, but, as you say, it was, and you are, stupid.
Here's a little snippet of what he said:
He mocked Malia Obama for asking her father if he'd managed to stop oil from continuing to spill out into the Gulf of Mexico, mimicking a little girl's voice, to ask:
"Daddy? Daddy? Daddy, did you plug the hole yet? Daddy?"
His co-host responded, "Honey, not yet... Not time yet, honey. Hasn't done enough damage."
Then Beck went on to poke fun at Malia's education:
"'Did you plug the hole yet, daddy?' Is that's their -- that's the level of their education, that they're coming to -- they're coming to daddy and saying 'Daddy, did you plug the hole yet?'...Plug the hole!"
Shortly after, Beck continued his rant, turning the conversation toward Obama's race:
"Why do you hate black people so much?" he said, imitating Malia in a baby voice.
"I'm part white, honey," Gray responded in the voice of the president.
You're an asshat, Glenn beck; of the lowest kind.
You ought to be ashamed of yourself for your hypocrisy.
You ought to be off the air because of your show.
You won't, however, because you pander to the mindless, clueless, racist Faux News audience.
But the rest of us know.
