I Didn't Say It ...

Chris Christie, former New Jersey governor, blasting _____ and his legal team for their efforts to overturn the results of the election:

“The president has had an opportunity to access the courts. If you’ve got the evidence of fraud, present it. … The conduct of the president’s legal team has been a national embarrassment. Sidney Powell accusing Governor Brian Kemp of a crime on television yet unwilling to go on TV and defend and lay out the evidence that she supposedly has, this is outrageous conduct by any lawyer, and notice, George, they won’t do it inside the courtroom. They allege fraud outside the courtroom, but when they go inside the courtroom, they don’t plead fraud and they don’t argue fraud. … I have been a supporter of the president’s, I voted for him twice. But elections have consequences, and we cannot continue to act as if something happened here that didn’t happen. You have an obligation to present the evidence, the evidence has not been presented, and you must conclude—as Tucker Carlson even concluded the other night—that if you are unwilling to come forward and present the evidence, it must mean the evidence doesn’t exist.”

The.Evidence.Doesn’t.Exist. This is just the behavior of a coddled narcissistic loser who will never concede but will go away.

And while I appreciate Christie speaking out, notice, it’s very few actual in office ReTHUGlicans telling _____ to give it up; it’s local politicians and out-of-office TV pundits.

photo

Tucker Carlson, Fox News, losing his shiz over ____’s election fraud nonsense, between Rudy’s one-man comedy act and ______ attorney Sidney Powell presenting no evidence at all:

“After four years this might be the single most open-minded show on television. We literally do UFO segments. Not because we’re crazy. Or even a bit interested in the subject. But because there is evidence that UFOs are real, and everyone lies about it. There’s evidence that a lot of things responsible people used to dismiss out of hand as ridiculous are in fact real. We invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would have given her the whole hour. We would have given her the entire week, actually. … But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests, polite requests. Not a page. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. She never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one.”

Okay, who had Fox News Thinks ______ Is A Lying POS on their Election Bingo card? And who, seriously, who, had Tucker Carlson Isn’t Buying The Bull on their card?

I’ve a feeling Hell froze over.

photo

Mitt Romney, releasing a statement on social media on ______’s refusal to accept the truth … that he’s a loser:

“Having failed to make even a plausible case of widespread fraud or conspiracy before any court of law, the President has now resorted to over pressure on state and local officials to subvert the will of the people and overturn the election. It is difficult to imagine a worse, more undemocratic action by a sitting American President.”

Nice, but now you need to take your fellow ReTHUGlicans to task for enabling this lunacy with their complicit silence before they destroy your whole party.

photo

Ben Sasse, Nebraska’s GOP Senator, on the _____ and Rudy Show:

“Wild press conferences erode public trust. So no, obviously Rudy and his buddies should not pressure electors to ignore their certification obligations under the statute  We are a nation of laws, not tweets. What matters most at this stage is not the latest press conference or tweet, but what the President’s lawyers are actually saying in court. And based on what I’ve read in their filings, when _____ campaign lawyers have stood before courts under oath, they have repeatedly refused to actually allege grand fraud — because there are legal consequences for lying to judges.”

Perhaps we can get adjoining cells for Rudy and _____.

photo

Geraldo Rivera, on Fox and Friends, proving why the title of “journalist” no longer applies:

“I had an idea, you know, with the world so divided and everybody telling him he has to give up and time to leave and time to transition and all the rest of it. Why not name the vaccine ‘The _____’? Make it ‘have you gotten your _____ yet?’ It would be a nice gesture to him, and years from now it would become kind of a generic name. ‘Have you got your _____ yet? I got my _____ I’m fine.' I wished we could honor him in that way. Because he’s definitely the prime architect of this Operation Warp Speed and but for him we’d still be waiting, you know, into the grim winter these amazing, miraculous breakthroughs.”

Seriously? Name the vaccine after the fuck-nut who is responsible for the spread and the death of over a quarter million people.

Take a seat, loon.

photo

Rand Paul, GOP hack senator, saying COVID survivors should “throw away their masks”:

“We have 11 million people in our country who have already had Covid. We should tell them to celebrate. We should tell them to throw away their masks, go to restaurants, and live again because these people are now immune.”

I love how an eye doctor, who has no bachelor's degree, because he left college a few courses short of a diploma after he was accepted into medical school, is gonna tell people how to act in a pandemic.

Rand Paul did earn his board certification in 1993but formed his own board in 1997—the National Ophthalmology Board—in protest of certification requirement changes by the American Board of Ophthalmologists. His board—now-defunct—was never recognized by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure, so “Dr.” Rand Paul was not board certified by a board recognized by the state since 2005, and since his board dissolved in 2011, he has had no certification from an active body.

But, yes, let’s allow an unlicensed eye doctor to tell people how to respond to a pandemic.

I Didn't Say It ...

Kamala Harris, responding to a Tweet from Junior saying she’s the only one who laughs at her jokes:

“You wouldn’t know a joke if one raised you.”

And snap!
Shepard Smith, longtime Fox News anchor, quitting the network because _____ and Fox:

“Even in our currently polarized nation, it is my hope that the facts will win the day. That the truth will always matter. That journalism―and journalists―will thrive.” Smith said in an apparent nod to President Donald Trump’s war on what he calls “fake news.”

Smith has no plans to move to a different news outlet but will instead spend more time with his boyfriend, Gio Graziano.
Sad to see the one sane voice leave the crazy.
Elizabeth Warren, responding to a question at CNN’s Equality Town Hall about an “old fashioned” supporter telling her that marriage is between a man and a woman:

“Well, I’m going to assume it’s a guy who said that, and I’m gonna say, then just marry one woman. … I’m cool with that. Assuming you can find one.”

Gotta give it to her, she’s quick on her feet.
And right.
Marco Rubio, attacking Elizabeth Warren for that remark:

“Vividly captures the condescension of elites & their incessant ridicule of Americans with traditional values. It elicits glee among celebrities & blue check brigade. But for the millions sick of being disrespected it elicits support for fighting back, even in a crude or vulgar way.”

Oh Marco, don’t you have a foam party to attend.
The LGBTQ community has been attacked for decades and decades and what Warren said wasn’t an attack, it was an opinion.
Kerron Clement, Olympic gold medalist track and field athlete, has come out as gay:

“I was tired of loving in the dark. I have been through what a lot of people have been through which is being afraid of being who you are. I struggled with my sexuality for 17 years. Over time, as you get older, you care less. Now it’s time to just be yourself and be free. That’s what I’ve become, free. I’m just telling my story, finally being free and comfortable.”

Welcome out, Kerron, and please accept, as out gift from HOMO HQ, a copy of the Gay Agenda and the Official Coming Out Toaster Oven™.
Welcome out.
PS He’s kinda hot, no?
_____ playing the race card this week in Minnesota where he once again attacked Representative Ilhan Omar and the entire Somali refugee community in  the state:

“As you know for many years leaders in Washington brought large numbers of refugees to your state from Somalia without considering the impact on schools and communities and taxpayers. You should be able to decide what is best for your own cities and for your own neighborhoods and that’s what you have the right to do right now, and believe me, no other president would be doing that.”

By all means let’s have people decide who can be their neighbors. Let’s go back to the days when families of color were ostracized and threatened and beaten out of their homes.
Racist fuck, and everyone who attended that rally and cheered.
Racist fucks all.
Geraldo Rivera, on Fox News, about the so-called “satire” video in which _____ murders top Democrats and journalists:

“I was very, very outraged by Kathy Griffin when she had the head of the president, remember, and she was excoriated for it, almost wrecked her career, which rebounded because Trump hatred was sufficient and brought her back and made her popular again. But I think it’s very dangerous when you start going there. I don’t like it. It’s not funny. It may be satire, but it’s a bridge too far for me. I think that you’ve got to, you know, you have to condemn it and have no tolerance for it.”

I, too, thought Griffin went too far, but ain’t it funny how, when the rightwingnuts do the exact same vile thing it’s all good?
Even better, _____ has ignored calls for him to denounce the video because, and I’ll paraphrase, ‘some mass murderers are nice people.’
Judy and Dennis Shepard, Matthew Shepard’s parents, rebuking Attorney General William Barr and _____’s DOJ for endorsing discrimination against transgender Americans and taking other anti-LGBTQ actions:

“We find it interesting and hypocritical that [Barr] would invite us to this event commemorating a hate crime law named after our son and Mr. Byrd, while at the same time asking the Supreme Court to allow the legalized firing of transgender employees. Mr. Barr, you cannot have it both ways. If you believe that employers would have the right to terminate transgender employees just because they are transgender, then you believe they are lesser than and not worthy of protection. If so, you need not invite us to future events at the Department of Justice that are billed as celebrating the law that protects these same individuals from hate crimes. Either you believe in equality for all or you don’t. We do not honor our son by kowtowing to hypocrisy ... As the head of the Department of Justice, [Barr] can take a stand as a member of this administration to disavow and condemn any person who fuels the fires of hate with their words and actions. He must lead and demonstrate his refusal to accept hate in all its manifestations. He must demonstrate courage, even if it means disagreeing with the administration. So far, he has done none of these deeds.”

Barr did not attend the event, but Eric Dreiband, chief of the DOJ’s civil rights division, “sat stoically” as the Shepard’s statement was read; when it was over the crowd stood.
Hate; it’s the ______ administration’s way.

Bobservations

So last week I told y’all that Carlos gave me a cold for my birthday, right? Well, by Monday I was so congested and my throat so sore, I couldn’t speak … and Carlos said:
“Yep, there’s my gift now.”
I whispered that he should be very afraid when the voice comes back.
In good LGBT news … this year, for the first time probably ever, major legislation curtailing LGBT rights has been completely stymied in state capitols around the country this year. And it’s mostly because those in the GOP have learned that being anti-LGBT doesn’t pay.

LGBT activists tracked about 120 proposed bills that were seen as threats to their civil rights and not one of them has been enacted as many sessions now wind down.

A key factor in the shift: In the GOP-led states where these types of bills surface, moderate GOP lawmakers and business leaders are wary of losing conventions, sporting events and corporate headquarters because of their anti-LGBT—mostly anti-trans ‘Bathroom Bills.

The only two anti-LGBT bills still active are the attempts to curtail adoption rights in Oklahoma and Kansas.

Seriously? Oklahoma and Kansas? Wake up and get with the rest of us in the 21st century.
So, this past week, rapper Kendrick Lamar won a Pulitzer for “Damn,” becoming the first hip hop artist to win the music Pulitzer. And, while that is cool news, one asshat, by the name of Geraldo Rivera, who never missed an opportunity to kiss his own ass, took some credit for the honor because in one of Lamar’s songs, he used a Rivera quote.

And so, Rivera Tweeted this mess:
Congratulations @kendricklamar a extraordinary talent on winning the #Pulitzer. Proud to have played a small, indirect role in inspiring such extraordinary creativity.”
Funny thing is that the quote Lamar sampled on his album was Jerry Rivers Geraldo Rivera saying:
“This is why I say that hip-hop has done more damage to young African-Americans than racism in recent years.”
Snap. Geraldo has no idea that his stupidity, and ignorance, were sampled.

Take a seat, grandpa.
Last month, when Dick’s Sporting Goods said it would no longer sell modern sporting rifles at its stores following the shooting at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas high School a lot of folks wondered what would happen to the unsold firearms in its inventory.

Wonder no more: while, normally, a retailer might return unsold merchandise to the manufacturer., in this case Dick’s Sporting Goods has decided to destroy them:
“We are in the process of destroying all firearms and accessories that are no longer for sale as a result of our February 28th policy change. We are destroying the firearms in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.”
Bravo!
I love learning new words and then trying them out on people and this week was a great week for a new one. I first heard the word when former CIA director John O. Brennan tweeted at _____:
“Your kakistocracy is collapsing after its lamentable journey.”
So, what is a “kakistocracy”? Searches for the kakistocracy surged to the top of Merriam-Webster, who issued a short explainer:

Kakistos is Greek for “worst,” so kakistocracy means government by the worst people.

Yup, it works.

Kakistocracy; use it.
When you lie about everything it’s easy to get caught … like last when White House Press Secretary Liar Sarah Huckabee Sanders Tweeted that photo of the Situation Room following the military strike on Syria with _____ and his minions, including So-Not-Gay Veep Mike Pence and said:
“Last night the President put our adversaries on notice: when he draws a red line he enforces it.”
Trouble was, the night of the bombing Mike Pence was in Peru so how could he be in the two places at once; Huckleberry was instantly called out, again, as a liar by Walter Shaub:
“Fascinating tweet in which Sarah Sanders reveals that Mike Pence was simultaneously in Peru and Washington. If this new capability doesn’t scare our enemies, nothing will. #QuantumEntanglementMike
Huckleberry then qualified her first lie:
“As I said, the President put our adversaries on notice that he enforces red lines with the strike on Syria Friday night. The photo was taken Thursday in the Situation Room during Syria briefing.”
“As I said” is what Huckleberry says when she’s fixing a lie.

Remember when _____ created a commission to investigate the voting “fraud” of the last election because his tiny ego refused to believe more people voted for Hillary? And he asked Kansas Secretary of State, and Republican, Kris Kobach to look into voter fraud and Kobach basically found nothing?

Kobach should’a looked in his own backyard because this week he was held in contempt of court for repeatedly skirting court orders related to a blocked state voter registration law.

U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson ripped Kobach, a proponent of stricter voting laws, a new asshole for failing to send postcards notifying thousands of voters of their registration. Those voters had previously been blocked from registering under a Kansas state law by Kobach because they were not able to provide proof of citizenship during registration.

Judge Robinson blocked that law during the 2016 election:
"Kansans have come to expect these postcards to confirm their registration status, and Defendant [Kobach] ensured the Court on the record that they had been sent prior to the 2016 general election. They were not, and the fact that he sent a different notice to those voters does not wholly remove the contempt, nor does his attempt to resend postcards eighteen months after the election and five months after Plaintiffs notified him of the issue."
As part of the contempt ruling, Robinson ordered Kobach to pay the attorney’s fees of the plaintiff in the case, the American Civil Liberties Union.

Yup, another fraud, cheat and liar on the _____ team.

What to do … what to do … oh yeah ….

I gotta a quick joke for you: what is the difference between a garbanzo bean and a chickpea?
.
.
.
.

Give up?
.
.
.
.
_____ never had a garbanzo bean on his face.
Now …there’s a new show on Bravo, a kind of riff on the Real Housewives franchises … which is saying a lot because all shows on Bravo are kind of a riff on the Housewives … but this one is called Southern Charm: New Orleans.

It’s about a bunch of wannabees in the Big Easy acting like fools on camera, but… seeing one of the promos for the show, I was suddenly struck by one abs-oh-so-lutley ripped Jon Moody, who never misses a chance to take his shirt off.

Thank the goddess.

Moody is a well-known, and well-respected artist and I have already asked to sit with him.

No, not for him. I wanna sit in his studio and watch him paint when he’s dressed like this …

Just sayin’.

It's Snarkurday!

Bryan Singer is a well-known and respected director of films like The Usual Suspects and four of the X-Men films, but he’s also been the subject of a lot of rumors about how he abuses young men. Now, to be fair, it’s mostly whispers, like when actor Noah Galvin muttered something and then apologized about it last year, but there were a couple of lawsuits: Michael Egan filed sued Singer and two other men, accusing them of sexually abusing him when he was a minor, and a second suit by an unnamed British man claimed something similar, but nothing ever came of either story. Still, the rumors, and in the wake of Weinstein, Spacey, Lauer et al, people wondered when the other shoe would drop on Singer.

And maybe it has, or is about to, because Fox has unexpectedly halted production on Singer’s Queen biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, due to the “unexpected unavailability” and “a personal health matter” for Singer; meaning no one knows where he is. Singer did not return to set after the Thanksgiving holiday, leaving producers nervous about the production and talking about potentially replacing him. So,is a story about to break? Stay tuned …

UPDATE:  Bryan Singer has been fired from Bohemian Rhapsody according to Twentieth Century Fox, because of a growing clash between Singer and actor Rami Malek—at whom Singer ALLEGEDLY threw something—and actor Tom Hollander, who plays Queen manager Jim Beach, who briefly quit the film due to Singer’s behavior, but was persuaded to return.

Singer has switched his story from a “personal health issue” to saying he is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder because of the tensions on the set. Now, I call bull shiz on that one since the tension on the set is mostly due to Singer’s behavior. But we’ll need to wait and see if there’s more there…

And there is … Singer is now being sued for the ALLEGED rape of a 17-year-old boy at a party on a yacht in Seattle in 2003. The suit claims it was a party populated by young gay males, including the plaintiff, Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, who says Singer offered to take him on a tour of the yacht. And when they got to a bedroom, Guzman says Singer thrust his body on Guzman, forced him to the floor, shoved Guzman’s face against his crotch and demanded he perform oral sex. Guzman says Singer pulled out his penis, smacked him in the face with it and forced it into his mouth. The suit goes on to ALLEGE that Singer forcibly performed oral sex on Guzman and also forcibly anally penetrated him.

Guzman says Singer told him that he was a producer in Hollywood and could help Cesar get into acting as long as Cesar never said anything about the incident; Singer also ALLEGEDLY said no one would believe him if he ever reported the incident, and that he could hire people who are capable of ruining someone’s reputation.

Singer is denying those claims, saying he is suffering health issues related to the stress he endured caring for an ill parent:
“I wanted nothing more than to be able to finish this project and help honor the legacy of Freddie Mercury and Queen, but Fox would not permit me to do so because I needed to temporarily put my health, and the health of my loved ones, first….Bohemian Rhapsody is a passion project of mine. With fewer than three weeks to shoot remaining, I asked Fox for some time off so I could return to the U.S. to deal with pressing health matters concerning one of my parents. This was a very taxing experience, which ultimately took a serious toll on my own health.  Unfortunately, the studio was unwilling to accommodate me and terminated my services. This was not my decision and it was beyond my control.”
And perhaps, the stress of an approaching lawsuit?
Remember last week when Halle Berry said she was done with relationships and needed “a minute” for herself, and then took a new boyfriend, Alex da Kid, on vacation with her?

Maybe she meant she wanted a one minute relationship because Halle dumped Alex on that vacation.

But wait, there’s another minute coming up …
Nothing worse than a has-been actress, best known for the way her boobs bounced in slow motion and her marriages and divorces, speaking out about sexual abusers. Amirite Pamela Anderson?

It seems Pammy thinks Harvey Weinstein’s victims should have known better; known better than to go to a meeting their agent set up; known better than to have a conversation with a well-known producer; known better than to dress a certain way.  And, in an interview with Desperate Megyn Kelly, Anderson said:
“It was common knowledge that certain producers or certain people in Hollywood or people to avoid, privately. You know what you’re getting into if you’re going into a hotel room alone.”
Odd words coming from a woman who has detailed her own experiences with sexual abuse as a young actress, but she does go on:
“I know that Hollywood is very seductive and these people want to be famous. Sometimes you think you’re going to be safe with an adult in the room. I don’t know where this security comes from, but somehow I’ve dodged it all. I’ve been offered lots of things. A condo and a Porsche to be someone’s number one girl. I just naively said, ‘Well there must be a number two then, so I’m not interested.’ Money, homes, roles in movies. And I just didn’t want to do it that way. I had no desire. I’m a romantic and it didn’t appeal to me.”
So, you escaped being the victim of sexual assault, but you then blame any other woman who was a victim? Siddown, Has-Been.
In another case of a sexual predator losing their job we have Danny Masterson, who was fired from the Netflix comedy, The Ranch, after stories broke that he raped four women years back.

Masterson’s firing comes amid the news that the LA County District Attorney and LA Police Department are investigating the allegations.

One thing I find troubling is that Masterson is a Scientologist and the Church Cult of Scientology has provided the LAPD with fifty affidavits, no doubt all given by Scientologists, that Masterson says proves he didn’t assault anyone.

And we know the Co$ doesn’t lie, right?
And then there was Geraldo Rivera defending Matt Lauer after his story of being the Pervy Guy at NBC broke, and the world was reminded that Geraldo used to be, and might still be, a member of that same club.

In fact, the Divine Miss M, Bette Midler reminded him, and everyone else, of the time she accused Rivera of drugging and groping her.

See, in the 70s, Geraldo interviewed Bette and she claimed, way back in the 90s in a Barbara Walter’s interview, that Rivera and a producer shoved poppers under her nose and pushed her into the bathroom where they groped her. And now, in the light of Lauer and Rose and Keillor, Geraldo has come forward to apologize, sort of:
“27 years ago I wrote a tawdry book depicting consensual events in 1973-45 years ago-I’ve deeply regretted its distasteful & disrespectful tone & have refrained from speaking about it-I’m embarrassed & profoundly sorry to those mentioned-I have & again apologize to anyone offended. [And] although I recall the time [Midler] has alluded to much differently than she, that does not change the fact that she has a right to speak out & demand an apology from me, for in the very least, publically [sic] embarrassing her all those years ago. Bette, I apologize.”
Wow, so he admits he did it, but says it wasn’t exactly like she said? Take a seat alongside Pammy, Geraldo, and keep your hands to yourself.
Matt Lauer, unemployed predator, has ALLEGEDLY decided to go after some coins from NBC by demanding a huge payout after the network fired him for his pervy ways. Lauer’s lawyers are working on a plan to snag $30 million for the Early Morning Predator since he had a year and a half left on his $20 million-a-year contract when he was canned.

So, he thinks he deserves it. Well, I say give it to him and let all the women he harassed, exploited, fondled, groped, and ridiculed all line up for a lawsuit seeking hundreds of millions in damages.

Matt? Go.Away. Like, um, your wife?

The current Missus Lauer, Annette Roque, is, and has been, out of the picture for years … probably about the time she realized her husband, despite all the coins, was a pervert.
It seems that they have been living apart since, well, the time she first filed for divorce amidst claims that he was emotionally abusive and cruel to her.

Sure, they eventually reconciled, but it appears they basically lived separate lives since then.

I’d like to add Annette’s name to the long list of women who should sue Lauer for every penny in his pocket.
TV star—and I use the term loosely—Katherine McPhee, who is ALLEGEDLY dating decades older composer David Foster, accidentally crashed a weekend wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and was kicked out by the bride.

And McPhee, who was with producer pal Hilary Shor, decided to bash the bride on social media because that’s what grown folks do, you know.

Shor posted their snarky commentary about the incident to Instagram, calling the bride who denied the wedding crashers entry to her nuptials a “loser.”

One video, captioned “Bride Bitch,” shows McPhee in her room snottily noting:
“What bride does her own wedding security? If you’re doing your own security, you have a problem.”
I guess McPhee thought she could off a Beyoncé move, crashing a wedding and being welcomes, but McPhee is not Beyoncé, she’s, well, not really anyone.

Like I said, Grown Folks.
Selena Gomez was honored by Billboard Magazine as their woman of the year but it was something Billboard did, something so horrible, which forced Gomez to close her Instagram account…

Selena was offended that the Billboard journalist saw a giant teddy bear in her house and wrote about it. And, before turning her account private, Gomez took to Instagram to vent:
Never will I let another human guess my words ever again. Or invite them in my home. That is so hurtful. The most ‘ridiculous’ part of that is no one knowing my heart when I say things.”
Note to Billboard: teddy bears are off limits … especially when the “star” is so childish.
Update: A day after being Teddy Bear Offended, Gomez has once more opened the doors to her Instagram account, and tweens everywhere breathed a sigh of relief.
Earlier, we had Katherine McPhee crashing a wedding and then acting the bitch on social media, and now we have Fergie getting Hot Mess Drunk at The Trevor Project’s TrevorLIVE L.A. Gala.

Fergie was seated at the head table next to Husband-In-My-Head Armie Hammer and the night’s honoree, Tom Ford and was getting her Happy on with fellow tablemates Elizabeth Chambers and Isla Fisher. But, when Armie got up to present Tom his award, Dronk Fergie made her move and actually walked onstage to interrupt him in what some thought was a planned move but quickly realized was a Liquor Induced Plan because Fergie started to sing … badly. Armie Hammer looked like he needed a shoulder to cry on and, damn, I wasn’t there!

Fergie finally left the stage and Armie gave the award to Ford but Fergie was far from done; when Shoshannah Bean took the stage to give the evening’s final performance, something happened, a technical glitch or something, and Fergie again made her move. She saw her victim, an unattended microphone, and leapt to the stage to croak out “A Little Work” and try to get the stunned audience to join in.

Many in the crowd were supportive of Fergie, and Isla and Elizabeth were recording her with their phones, but most people were stunned.

Look out partygoers, Fergie has a new album coming out and will apparently use any event to promote it … even when she’s not invited to do so.
Fresh from jail after beating up her hsuabnd on the streets of a tiny West Virginia town, Naya Rivera flew back to LA and quickly filed for divorce from Ryan Dorsey for the second time.

Naya cited “irreconcilable differences” and is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son Josey, and has asked the judge to block both of them from getting spousal support.

I guess she has some Glee coins left? The best part, though, is that Naya listed the date of their separation as November 24th, one day before she was arrested and charged with domestic battery for beating on Ryan during walk.

I guess they wanted one last walk, and one last punch, before ending it all?
