Wingnutted Homophobe Joey Hensley |
“I don’t think ‘Modern Family’ is appropriate for children to watch.”
Hensley said solemnly, and with a straight homophobic face, after a Nashville preacher testified that children might find out about gay people by seeing the show even if teachers aren’t allowed to say gay in schools.
Seriously? Tennessee? Seriously?
This is what you want your legislators to do? Tell teachers what to teach, and what they can and cannot say? And you want your legislators telling you what to watch on TV?
Seriously, Tennessee, you're making me sick.

ReplyDeletethey are so silly in Tennessee
ReplyDeleteJoey Hensley - that pix looks like he just smelled one of his own farts!
ReplyDeleteoh, and TN: gay, gay, gay, gay, gay, gay, gay, gay!
Proposed state motto for Tennessee:
ReplyDeleteThe world is scary - let's go hide under a rock.
It is a shame because it is a beautiful part of this country. However, I do not feel welcome there.
Bob,
ReplyDeleteI never cease to be amazed at these constitutional Tea Party homophobes who think government should stay out of individual's lives but have no problem getting government involved in people's lives when the subject is The Gays. After all, we don't want the kids exposed to The Gays because they might "turn." That argument is ridiculous on its surface but these dumb asses are so blinded by their fear and ignorance that they can't even see how ridiculous they are.
