Shareka Sharrett McKinney and Darell Livingston, the lovely parents of a seven-year-old boy, drove up to a bus stop for Lyons Elementary School, opened the door, let their son out, and began yelling at him to attack another boy. And when James Thompson tried to break up the fight between the two boys, lovely parents, Shareka Sharrett McKinney and Darell Livingston, began to beat Thompson.

While Thompson was stopping the fight, Darell Livingston struck Thompson in the head and mouth, chipping one of his teeth; Shareka Sharrett McKinney jumped the guard from behind,.
Lansing resident Michael LaVasseur told WILX, a local news channel, that he he walks his daughter and the boy who was attacked to the bus stop every day. LaVasseur, who is legally blind, said he heard a car drive up onto a curb near the stop right before the incident. He then said he heard a woman jump out of the car, swearing at one of the children, "You don't do this to my boy."
And so while her son was attacking another boy, Shareka Sharrett McKinney and Darell Livingston began to attack the crossing guard, whose job it is to make sure the children get to school safely. Shareka Sharrett McKinney and Darell Livingston are scheduled to be arraigned on charges of assault or assault and battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Such lovely parents. But, hey, at least the boy has a mother and father, and not two mommies or two daddies, because that is just plain wrong.

Often I think we should have mandatory parenting class in high schools - but I wonder if these two would have lasted long enough to take it.

I hope CPS gives that little boy to a nice gay family to foster.
That kid isn't going to have his parents much longer if those contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges stick.
Un-damned-believable. I must say, this makes me want to kick the parents asses...twice.
That is completely insane - I think those parents are insane in the membrane - jeez - what is this world coming to!
The really frightening thing about this whole mess is that the "mother" works in a nursing home.I've seen first hand the kind of abominable behavior our elderly receive in some nursing homes and now she has just demonstrated it on a public street.Mama needs to either be put in jail or she needs 3 years of probation with HARD core parenting classes.Her son is still young enough to have a chance to be a person and not an abusive animal.
