Ted Cruz and Machine Gun Bacon ... Seriously

I don’t think Ted Cruz really wants to be President, possibly because he knows it’ll never happen. I mean, how else do we explain his rabid, almost homoerotic devotion to Donald [t]Rump? And how else do we explain this, because this man doing this kind of thing should never be permitted to sit in the Oval Office.

In a new video, Republican Ted Cruz talks about combining two of his favorite things: bacon and guns. And it’s not really funny, given the rash of shootings and mass murders that have taken place in the United States of Guns, er, America in the last few weeks.

Cruz appears in the video saying:
"There are few things I enjoy more than on weekends cooking breakfast with the family. Of course in Texas, we cook bacon a little differently than most folks."
Cruz ten wraps raw bacon and aluminum foil around the barrel of a machine gun after which he fires a number of shots at a target. Cruz then unwraps the foil and eats the bacon, before muttering like a fool:
"Mmm, machine-gun bacon."
This is presidential? After the deaths in Lafayette, and the deaths in Chattanooga and the deaths in Charleston … and everywhere else due to our politicians love for the NRA, Ted
Cruz thinks this is funny and presidential?

In a time when gun deaths are on the rise, Ted Cruz shows the world ... and children of the world ... how to use a gun to cook bacon; so, when a child tries this at home, and, goddess forbid, accidentally kills himself or herself, or an innocent by-stander, I want the blame to go on Ted Cruz for making guns look like anything other than a weapon of murder.

Seriously. I make jokes about the GOP presidential candidates being clowns, but it's really not funny.

  3. Besides your very good points - it is also a very expensive way to cook bacon!
