It pains me to read/hear about diabetics having problems affording insulin when I know that diabetics in the UK have theirs provided either free or a max of £9 per prescription from the NHS (which is not the best provider of "socialised" healthcare in Europe). Of course if you want to buy health insurance in the UK you can do that; it's not either or.
And I recently read that a lot of the money raised in all these gofundme campaigns doesn’t actually go to the intended recipient. So just send the cash directly to me.
I'd like to see a Go Fund Me to hire a hit man.

ReplyDeleteI've read that GoFundMe has actually become one of the country's major providers of health-care funding, without anybody exactly planning it that way.
