  1. I do think the last one is truly appropriate, in fact the MAGAs remind me so much of those conservatives who wailed relentlessly as they waited for another Reagan. Their inability to let go hurt them terribly at the ballot box for so long.

  6. #1 - even if ours wasn't/isn't as ignorant, crazy and self-absorbed as yours, the similarities were still too conspicuous to be glossed over. Would that yours could have been going as quietly (relatively)!

  12. Being English and a Labour Party supporter, I naturally applaud the image of Johnson leaving the stage and casting a chillingly familiar shadow. There are several disturbing parallels.
