The Pedophiles Are Inside The Churches

It’s been a while since we noted the child sexual abuse going on in our nation’s churches by our church leaders, teachers, and such, so let’s take a look, thanks to JoeMyGod, at the latest scandals …

ILLINOIS

Isaiah Mikkelson, who was a youth leader at Hope Lutheran Church in Quincy, was sentenced to 6 years each for two counts of criminal sexual abuse of a victim between 13 and 18 years old on church property.

OHIO

Michael Zacharias, a former priest was sentenced to life in prison on two counts and 20 years on three counts. A federal jury found him guilty of five counts of sex trafficking, some of which involved minors. Zacharias used his position as a priest at Saint Michael the Archangel Parish to target victims and coerce them into sex acts.

WISCONSIN

Anne Nelson-Koch, a former Tomah Baptist Academy teacher has been sentenced  to 10 years prison, 15 years supervised release for convictions on 25 counts of sexual assault, repeatedly forcing a 14-year-old student to engage in sex acts during school hours.

TEXAS

Corey White, a former youth pastor at Redeemer Midland, was arrested and charged with Access with Intent to View Child Sexual Abuse Materials.

And again, not one drag queen or gay person in the bunch, and two cases of child rape are in Don’t Say Gay and Ban Drag Sows Florida; makes one think Ronnie DeSantis is focusing on the wrong crowd in his state.

And it kinda makes it look like that whole GOP smear campaign about ‘gay people and drag queens are grooming children” is just a lie to cover-up for the real groomers … the so-called Men and Women of God.

The Pedophiles Are Inside The Churches ... Still

I don’t follow rightwingnut and faux Christian, Tomi Lahren, on Twitter, but I do see her posts every so often, where she rants about the LGBTQ+ community and drag queens sexualizing and grooming children. And every time she posts her nonsense, I ask her—though she never responds because it doesn’t suit the Hate Narrative she pushes, why she says nary a word about so-called Men of God, Men of Faith, who groom and abuse children and are arrested and imprisoned for such.

So, here’s some info for Tomi, that I will share to her page, and no doubt not hear a word about it …

The Pedophiles Are Inside The Churches ... Still

Here’s another round-up of the groomers raping children in our churches and schools … and not one is a drag queen reading a book:

MICHIGAN

He is sentenced to one year in jail, five years’ probation and will be required to register as sex offender and pay restitution.

FLORIDA

Donny Raney, a pastor in the Okeechobee County School District is facing allegations that he was engaged in an inappropriate romantic connection with a student at the school; it’s not romance with an underage student, it’s rape.

IOWA

Kristen Gantt, a Dowling Catholic High School teacher has been arrested for an alleged sexual relationship with a student. Authorities believe Gantt engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student in her class.

COLORADO

CALIFORNIA

Jesse Joshua Aceves, who founded the Christian clothing brand The Way and WAS active in the Christian hip-hop music scene, has been convicted of “numerous” charges of child molestation and sentenced to 35 years in prison. Aceves is suspected of molesting three children though police suspect there might be additional victims.

FLORIDA

OKLAHOMA

A federal lawsuit reveals graphic allegations of Barlow’s “grooming behavior” towards students. The victim, a then-6th grader, claims Barlow would initiate inappropriate contact in front of other Wewoka faculty members and parents, and on one occasion a WMS counselor walked into Barlow’s office and witnessed Barlow standing behind a 7th grade boy, rubbing the teen’s shoulders and thrusting his hips back and forth against the boy.

CALIFORNIA

NORTH CAROLINA

According to his arrest warrant out of York County, the allegations against Erickson Douglas Lee were for incidents reported between December 2020 and July 2022. Lee is accused of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor between December 2020 and June 2022, and of committing a sex act with a victim less than 16 years old.

Remember, when someone tells you about the dangers of drag queens around children, remind them that not one drag queen has been arrested for inappropriate relations with a child, but many members of our churches have raped and sodomized and abused children.

It’s not the Drag Queens.

Bruno Langley Says He Molested Four Women Because He Plays Gay On TV

Bruno Langley, the former star of an English program called Coronation Street is accused of molesting for women at a Manchester music event—though he was charged with just two counts of sexual assault—after a night of drunken debauchery.

But, to be clear, according to Bruno, it wasn’t the drink that made him do it, and it was the fact that maybe he’s a sexual predator, it’s because … wait for it, it’s so good … he was stressed out over playing the first gay character on his TV show.

Oh, yes, he did.

And Bruno Langley avoided jail after admitting both offences. Let’s try that again … he was accused of assaulting four women, he was charged with two counts of assault, he plead guilty to both counts and … no jail.

His lawyers told the court:
“Something happened that night, most possibly in relation to the character he was playing.”
No, he attacked and assaulted four women in his off time which has nothing to do with playing gay.

Instead of jail term, Langley must complete a 12-month community order and submit to a curfew … because sexual predators only attack after dark? He was also ordered to pay £250—about $336.00—to his two victims, and must sign the sex offenders' register for the next five years.

At trial, after his lawyer’s absurd assertion it had to do with playing gay, Langley apologized to his victims and revealed he is getting help for a drinking problem.

He did not say if he was seeking help for his predilection toward molesting women and then blaming it on playing a gay character on TV.

The good news is that Langley’s conviction means Langley will probably not work in the TV industry again.

Good. Blame that on playing gay, asshat.

Another Blow To The Catholic Church

Bishop Finn
Out there, Missouri way, Jackson County Circuit Judge John Torrence has ordered that the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph must provide prosecutors with information about the diocese's investigation into past reports of pedophile priests.
Torrence, who is overseeing a case against Bishop Robert Finn and the diocese, has also ruled that the diocese must turn over documents from the independent investigation into the case of Reverend Shawn Ratigan; Ratigan has pleaded not guilty to state and federal child pornography charges and remains jailed.
Bishop Finn and the diocese are charged with misdemeanor failure to report suspected child abuse after they learned of suspected child pornography found on Ratigan's computer. Finn learned about the photographs in December 2010, a full six months before Ratigan was arrested and, naturally, did nothing about it.
Shawn Ratigan
Attorneys for the diocese argued that records of the investigation and interviews by U.S. Attorney Todd Graves' law firm are protected by attorney-client privilege, but Judge Torrence disagreed, because when the diocese hired Graves to do the investigation, they said they would issue a public report upon its completion.
It's not all a win for victims of child abuse at the hands of Catholic pedophile priests, however, because Torrence also rules that, while information about the diocese's investigations into the alleged misconduct of five other priests is relevant to the state's case, the information could not be photocopied and must be returned to the diocese's lawyers.
So, I guess those five priests may have dodged a bullet.
Still, the tide is changing in this decade’s long battle against the Catholic Church for their decade’s long abuse scandals. Now, at least some of the victims may feel a sense of justice, and some of the pedophiles, as well as those who helped shield them from police, will be brought to justice.
The Catholic Church, of course, says nothing.
