I'm seriously in the mood for a chalet in Madrid's La Moraleja area. And this new home seems just perfect. I can smell the Tapas y vino rojo already.
And it's perfect for visitors, with seven bedrooms, and a huge lot, with pool, upon which to play and lounge and eat and drink and be Mary, er, merry.
The main floor features an entrance hall, guest bathroom and a spacious reception room with a fireplace. Large windows overlook the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Also facing the garden are the dining room, state-of-the art kitchen and breakfast room. This first level includes a generous outdoor dining area for summertime enjoyment.
The ground floor includes a guest suite with direct access from the exterior, staff apartment--for houseboys to romp, Mistress Maddie--a home theater, gym, and the garage.
The second floor features 2 bedroom suites, including the 1400-square foot master bedroom with its own sitting area, dressing room and large bathroom.
The top floor comprises 2 additional bedroom suites of approximately 50 square metres each and a terrace. All floors are naturally accessed via a grand stairway, or, if too many margaritas have been had, a stunning glass elevator will whisk you to your room.
Who's in? It's just $10,352,626.

Now this looks like a modern day place where I can get away with wearing my Queens of Hearts garb!
ReplyDeleteI like it.
ReplyDeleteWow! Incredible! I could adjust to be rich.
ReplyDeleteNot bad at all!
ReplyDeleteThey must buy Windex in 55 gallon drums.
ReplyDeleteBob, it is spectacular. Some of the rooms feel a little cold, but I think I could live with it.
ReplyDeleteThe last two photos are really marvelous. It looks like they were cut from cartoon and just pasted there. And yes, it looks little bit cold inside, but most of these houses looks until you put people inside.
