I Didn't Say It

Adam Kinzinger, Republican Congressman, calling out the fools—like Fox’s Fucker Carlos and date rapist Matt Gaetz—who believe the FBI planned the January 6th insurrection:

“It’s been so much information peppered on these people that now you can say, ‘FBI planned January 6th,’ that’s the new thing. You can’t prove otherwise because, by the time you do prove otherwise, they don’t even listen to facts anyway. And this is the legacy of [Thing 45] and [Thing 454]ism, this is the legacy of blatant outright lies to people that are being abused for their raw noble patriotism.”

And even if the GOP and Fox “News” believed this, they’d never investigate because the investigation would prove Thing 45 did this.

Vladimir Putin, Russian President, citing Ashli Babbitt’s death on 1/6/2021 to avoid answering a question about his treatment of political opponents:

“On the question of who is murdering whom, people rioted and went into the Congress in the United States with political demands. Many people were declared criminals and they were threatened with imprisonment for 20 to 25 years. And these people were immediately arrested after those events. On what grounds, we don’t know. One of the participants was just shot on the spot—and [she was] unarmed as well. Many countries are going through exactly what we are going through.”

Vlad the Deflector.

Kinda difference between murdering those who oppose you and someone getting killed trying to literally overthrow the government. And don’t forget, Vladdy, this was done on Thing 45’s watch, so if you wanna blame those in power, spank your puppet.

Mitch McConnell, traitor to Democracy, whining about the  Democrats’ calls for an investigation into the DOJ obtaining House members’ data:

“Any outrage from Democrats that alleged criminal leaks within their own ranks rightly drew the attention of federal investigators rings completely hollow. Attorney General Barr served our nation with honor and with integrity. These latest attempts to tarnish his name bear the telltale signs of a witch hunt in the making.”

Wow, I wonder what Mitch would say had it been Obama’s DOJ spying on Republicans.

Hypocrite.

Nancy Pelosi, House Speaker, on Joe Manchin:

“I don’t give up on Joe Manchin. When he was governor and Secretary of State in West Virginia he initiated many of the initial ideas that are in the HR 1, S.1, the For the People Act. I read his op-ed and you read a part of it, I think he left the door open. I think it’s ajar. I’m not giving up. I do know that he has certain concerns about the legislation that we may be able to come to terms on.”

No one is saying he doesn’t have good ideas, but when you say you wanna work with people like Mitch McConnell, who has vowed to do nothing to help Biden and the Democrats, then you cannot work with them.

Sorry, Nancy, Joe Manchin is no Democrat; he’s looking out only for himself.

Ron Johnson, GQP loon, again calling the January 6 insurrection a “non-violent” gathering:

“I think it’s extremely important to create an accurate historical record of exactly what happened so the false narrative that thousands of armed insurrectionists doesn’t last. They weren’t rioting. It doesn’t look like an armed insurrection when you have people that breach the Capitol, and I don’t condone it, but they’re staying within the roped lines in the Rotunda.”

Were they fuckmonkey? When they breached the Senate and House chambers were they behind any ropes? When they wiped feces on the wall? When they stole private property? When they attacked police officers?

Wisconsin, if you allow this traitorous fuck to continue in office, I think it might be best for y’all to secede from this country.

Barack Obama, on “cancel culture” and saying he doesn’t want people “to be politically correct all the time”:

“We don’t expect everybody to be perfect, we don’t expect everybody to be politically correct all the time. But we are going to call out institutions or individuals if they are being cruel, if they are discriminating against people. We do want to raise awareness.”

It isn’t cancel culture, it’s accountability culture. Say what you will but understand there can be repercussions.

  1. We all know that if anyone had tried an insurrection at the Kremlin they'd be dead 5 minutes later; no trial, no nothing. Putrid is NOT a stupid man; you don't get to where he is today by being stupid, and he can see the advantages of what-aboutism. You smite speedily and you smite hard. I'm just surprised Navalny is still alive.

  2. When Kinzinger says Trump's minions are "being abused for their raw noble patriotism," that's pretty darn charitable, in my opinion.

    As for Putin, that's just ridiculous. If people stormed the Kremlin they'd be shot on the spot, and he knows it.

  3. Yes, "accountability culture" is a better term!

  4. It's only the bigots, racists and homophobes who call it 'cancel culture'. Accountability, as you say, is what they fear.
    Funny that's always the Repugs or people on the right who complain about 'cancel culture'... while 'canceling' everything they don't like.
    And Vlad is a master deflector. He's not comfortable with Uncle Joe. And he shouldn't be. He doesn't have Cheeto kissing his ass anymore...
    Kinzinger is fighting a good battle. I don't think he will win it.

    XOO

    Most countries arrest and try their insurrectionists, Putin murders his.

    @Steve
    i like Kinzinger, and not JUST because he's adorable, but he could speak tougher. He should channel Liz Cheney.

    @Debra
    You're free to say what you want, and I'm free to hold you accountable for it; and vice versa!

    @Six
    The GOP whines about "cancel culture" while they live inside of it.
    I agree Kinzinger won't win his battle, until, and unless, Thing 45 is indicted and goes to prison. Then the GOP MIGHT change.

  9. Adam needs to be a fully fledged Democrat,

    Like Loser #45, Putin is talking to his base, and only his base.

    We might soon get the chance to see Mitch flip out because he's in a shit storm of his own making.

    Ron Johnson needs to go back to his asylum.

    Like Pete, Obama is common sense.

    @Mitchell
    My favorite president.

    @Maddie
    That's why I slid Obama in there!

    @Dave
    To be fair, Kinzinger did support a lot of Thing 45's agenda so he is no Blue.

    I need the Impotent Dems to step up and quit trying to be nice, or I will vote them all out and put new Blues in.
