Tuesday Thought #1

  1. It is awful if you are one of those companies making money out of pollution..like the oil companies, coal companies, makers of cheap clothing that can be chucked away so you buy even more stuff. Annual profits will fall and that would be even more of a catastrophe as bonuses and dividends will fall. How will the rich live? And when water becomes scarce the water companies will literally be coining in the money!

    PS am being ironic if you hadn't guessed!

  2. What I find unforgivable is how COVFEFE-19’s administration has rolled back so many protections for the environment and so very few people have paid any attention to it. Pillaging and plundering is the GOP’s MO, after all.
    We need to find more sustainable ways to live, people. Really.
    First, the pandemic, then, some ecological disaster. Both foretold.

    XoXo

  3. HERE HER HERE!!!!!! How anyone can argue about the positive affects it's having!!! Well accept for a certain group....

    I almost could care less if it went back to normal. And it saddens me when anything goes back to normal and the results we be gone once again in less the 3 weeks.

  4. Well something is going on so if it's not our fault then that's actually even scarier. The thing is that yes the earth has gotten a lot hotter and colder over the past millions of years. The difference is however that it would slowly climb higher or fall lower in a span of thousands of years... not in 30 or 40 years.

    Sadly, the irony is lost on those people.

    @Six
    He and his ilk are all about the money, not realizing that when they destroy the planet no amount of money will save them.

    @TDM
    It's a simple plan, no?

    @MM
    We don't learn anything, even in a crisis.

    @Steven
    This is a mess we made, and while the earth may "fix"itself, that doesn't mean it will always be inhabitable.

    @AM
