By standing on that bucket Kike Hernandez has drawn attention to his height. Mind you, to be fair, it may have been the TV company that asked him to stand there because traditional TV visuals usually require men to appear taller than women. If Trump ever picks up trash at the side of the highway, he will have to pick up himself!
I just find it funny he's standing on a bucket ... I don't think I'd do it if I was in that position. I'm comfortable in my own self that if a woman was taller than me I'd be okay with it.

Finally, I am finding the memes and Sunday cartoons funny again. I must admit they were a bit scary before. Check out The Marsh Family (UK) on youtube. Their latest parody song, Gimme Hope Kamala Also the one about JD Vance is quite funny too.
Great first night for the Democrat Convention, so electric. :) Joe, Kamala and Hillary were the best.
Insufferable McTurtle said he would retire from the Senate after this election, don’t count on it. You best believe he’ll stay when the Democrats win so he can be around to throw more wrenches in the works and keep important issues from being addressed. -Rj
That baseball player standing on the bucket is so funny. I wonder if the TV people made him do it? Or were they (or he) trying to compensate for the reporter's extra high heels?
I share that dream of an ugly man in an orange jump suit, heading back to his tiny cell each day. For a while I thought he might actually have to face up to some of his crimes, but it doesn't look as if that will happen now.
I like what Sixpence said, about him living out his days fighting lawsuits and criminal cases and appealing until he finally drops dead with a Big Nac in his mouth.
"I have a dream" - I think many of us have the same dream. Though I expect he'll be given probation - but wouldn't a monitoring bracelet be fun? :p One hopes that McConnell's words are a fulfilled prophecy.
He will fight and appeal any conviction until the day he dies ... but an ankle monitor and keep him locked up in a Motel 6 might be good. I felt the new header was more positive than the Felon eating cat!
Great night again at the DNC. I'm fired up and if we win the White House, Senate and House....I just hope our candidates fulfill their campaign promises once and for all...or we are in fear of losing the next election. That's my fear.
The fragile masculinity made me laugh! I just saw a bit of that rally (?) on the TV news with Barack and Michele Obama talking, the crowd was HUGE and EVERYONE looked happy.
That last one of McConnell is perfect. I think it would be great for DC and Puerto Rico to become states, if that's what the residents want. But, the GOP doesn't want that to happen because that could potentially mean more Democratic senators.

I watched the whole thing last night, too. It's a new day for Democrats and hopefully we'll keep the momentum going until November 5 and beyond!
