The WA state ACA site has been down since this last Tuesday. It *had* been one of the stars of the state systems. Embarrassing in the home of Microsoft and Amazon.
That last one by Sack is especially thought-provoking. (And, whatever happened to the gold, frankincense and myrrh?)
