Architecture Wednesday: Villa Belle

Ah, Villa Belle.
It's not the biggest villa--with just three bedrooms--but it does have some of the most spectacular views. Located in Thailand, amid lush tropical surroundings, the house sits on a hillside overlooking Choeng Mon and Plai Laem bays. The house was designed specifically for the site, and to take advantage of the panoramic vistas of the Gulf of Siam and neighboring islands.
This ideal location is further enhanced by the fact that its tranquil setting feels like getting away from it all, yet in only a few minutes, you can reach the town and find all sorts of shops and cafes and bars, as well as some of the most stunning beaches in the world.
Villa Belle is surrounded by sloping tropical gardens with impressive slate feature walls and ornamental ponds fringed with traditional Asian carvings. The house is arranged on two levels, one with  including three spacious luxurious bedrooms, the other with an open plan living area, with gourmet kitchen, banquet dining and sumptuous lounge; all rooms face the dramatic sunrise to sunset sea views.
The main living area features floor to ceiling disappearing walls of glass, a fantastic chef-designed gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar, and a large antique dining table with seating for up to eight.
Blurring the division between indoor and outdoor living, the wrap around expansive wood terrace unfolds to feature a 26 foot Balinese style infinity-edge swimming pool, a large outdoor lounge sofa seating, and an outdoor kitchen.
It's the perfect getaway, where you can feel all alone in the world, or take a short drive to a fabulous Thai playground.
Shall I fire up the jet?

I've seen some impressive modern homes online from Thailand and the Phillipines, and this one's gorgeous on the inside.

Forget the moving truck. I need a Gulfstream to get me there ASAP!
