Lawsuits, lawsuits, lawsuits. Get those laws overturned. This is ridiculous. This is still a democracy and everybody has a say. Wake up people. Ugh. Georgia. If Ray Charles didn't sing that song, and if Stacy Abrams didn't exist... I would have nonya. Though... their peaches are pretty good.
What irritates more is that the minimum wage was last raised in 2009-to no real effect-and if minimum wage kept up with inflation/curren economic conditions it would be about $24 dollars an hour.
Also, I am saying no to all this "sliding" up to $15 an hour just make that the floor period AND then start sliding it up to $24 in what 4 years.
