Police in Chicago just arrested a white guy wearing body armor and carrying a gun in a train station. Not a shot.
This is as old as time. At least it feels that way to me and mine.
couldn't they have waited five seconds to ascertain that he really was holding a gun and that he was threatening somebody with that gun?
