As much as we love our memes and find them humorous or entertaining, we should not lose sight of the facts and the realities they portray. There are people in charge who are dangerous by intent or by incompetence; the angry vengeful mob with the majority in the House can and will wreck havoc with the government and with this country, either by what they do, or by what they fail to do. I fear it will be lose/lose.
I did like the 'my Kilo' for being so appropriate. The IQ points is so... point on (😎😎😎). McCarthy earning everything from his concessions? I don't think anything else could better define this party.
The first one ("15"), and the rhinos, and especially "My Kilo" were quite funny. But the McCarthyism was kind of a gut punch -- because that's exactly what's happened. Those crazy anti-communist loons have once again taken over, seeing "Reds" around every corner!
Those first several actually got a smile from me before I got furious all over again. I have been thinking about McCarthyism a lot lately. Frightening.
I have just been reading about Mark Gaetz. What a horrible piece of work he is. He looks like a plastic superhero but he behaves like a stinking supervillain. If I had done half the bad things he has done, I'd be hiding in a cave for the rest of my life. Has he no shame?

ReplyDeleteThat last one -- precisely!

ReplyDeleteSpot on, each one of them. I’d sure like to know answers to the Kavanaugh questions. OSteen has no shame, but shame on him.
ReplyDeleteBoy those first five not only were true but had me roaring with laughter. But how true they all are. How sorry is that?
ReplyDeletePrecisely my thinking too.
DeleteThat McCarthy one hit the nail on the head, although the current McCarthy hasn't got the brains of Joe, but they are/were both nasty pieces of work.
ReplyDeleteSpace laser, eh?
ReplyDeleteOh well, why not?
Just one more lie.
xoxo :-)
I love your new cover pic of Tuxedo !! Very glamorous!
ReplyDeleteThese are great, Bob. I especially like the first one and pointing to the space laser.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie

ReplyDeleteVery good ones today
ReplyDeleteThose last two say a lot.

ReplyDeleteFunny, if these were not mostly true.
