The last one speaks loud and clear. Excellent ! The one with the Star Wars reference in the trash compactor is creative, but the only problem is they escaped . . . so is the artist implying that Trump, Boebert, Rudy and Bannon will get get away?
Every day it's all about the Thing 45 and the only way we are ever going to be rid of him, his name, his very orange image is to throw it in a dungeon or a pit!!
From Gaslight maid to Jessica the mystery writer, Angela Lansbury was simply the best. I was a faithful follower of hers and am happy for the reruns to remember her. As for The Big Lie and even Bigger Liars, well, if only I could forget them. Unhappily I am subjected to those memories on a daily basis. Bless you, Bob, and thank you for keeping the truth always in the forefront. You are a warrior.
Sums up the week
ReplyDeleteAnd reminds us all to vote.
DeleteNice tribute to Angela Lansbury!
ReplyDeleteI read today that she made her Broadway debut in 1957! Sixty-five years ago! What a career she had,

I, too, like the last one.
DeleteI think the artist means the walls are closing in and the J6 group better do their work and then give it to the DOJ.
The Jan 6 committee never mentioned the crowd size. That describes TFG to a T.
ReplyDeleteThat's all he cares about, which is why his tram keeps getting him into smaller venues to make him think the crowds are enormous.

ReplyDeleteYes, please!
DeleteThe GOP "monster" is so right on.
ReplyDeleteWhich is why Democrats need to vote, even if we think we're going to win; we cannot let 2016 happen again because we think this year is "in the bag."
DeleteYup, vote!
ReplyDelete(PS - love the spooky kitty in your header.)
xoxo :-)
Yes, vote.
DeleteAnd the kitty, to me, is more cuddly than scary, though i wouldn't turn my back on her/him.
The last one---Our democracy is built on the backs of those who have come before us---Let's not squander those accomplishments---
ReplyDeleteAnd cast a vote for democracy, not fascism, and supporters of fascism.
DeleteAre the walls closing in? A good one and we only hope so. I suspect that MTG was the slithering creature beneath the garage in that scene.
ReplyDeleteThe Tuberville one had me cracking up!!!!!
As Upton calls her "Empty G," she is a slithering mess.
DeleteTuberville still doesn't think he said anything wrong.
The sad thing is that Herschel Walker is only slightly more embarrassing than the average Republican
ReplyDeleteTrue dat!
DeleteTriste pero cierto...

I long for the day when the Big Liars finally shut up!
DeleteWhy am I never laughing?
ReplyDeleteSadly, the fun has gone out of the Funny Papers since, oh, I don't know, around 2016??
DeleteThat last one put a smile on my face, all the soldiers coming ashore to vote.
ReplyDeleteMe, too.
