They're Everywhere ... Part Cinq

SOUTH CAROLINA

Recently we discussed South Carolina’ Congressperson Nancy Mace’s desperately thirsty video she filmed in front of Thing 45 Tower in Manhattan practically begging him to support her reelection campaign.

He did not. And so now Nancy is singing a new tune about how she doesn’t need him:

“I’m gonna win without him.”

Then she addresses those of us who questioned her begging for his love and support and, well, stepped into the stupid again:

“If you call it groveling, I would say you didn’t watch the video. I think it’s important to know what I said, but also what I didn’t say—present tense versus past tense.”

In the video, which took Mace six takes to get right, she said she supports his policies.

Present tense.

TEXAS

Cultist GOP Senator Ted Cruz is lying … again … telling people that President “wants to give crack pipes to minorities to destroy minority communities.”

Yes, he did. On a recent edition of Verdict with Ted Cruz, the podcast co-hosted by Cruz and Michael Knowles, Knowles read a question from a viewer, then prompted Cruz to talk about the “crack pipe” smear.

In other words, Senator Cruz tried to paint President Biden as racist by using a clearly racialized and utterly false smear, while also spreading misinformation about harm reduction strategies that save lives.

Fuck.Him

WISCONSIN

A bill allowing workers to submit proof of a previous COVID-19 infection in place of getting vaccinated passed the Wisconsin State Senate.

If the bill is signed into law, employers who require proof of vaccination or regular COVID-19 tests would have to accept “natural immunity” through an employee’s previous infection.

Seriously. The bill passed the Assembly in January and will head to Governor Tony Evers’ desk soon. Luckily, Evers is a Democrat and doesn’t suffer fools.

OHIO

Hudson, Ohio mayor Craig Shubert is a very concerned individual who is worried that creative writing classes will lead to “child pornography” and has now come out as a believer that erecting shanties for ice fishing will lead to prostitution.

Work with me. Shubert says ice fishing should not be allowed on the local river because fishermen would want to set up shanties to stay warm, and that will lead to prostitutes setting up their own sex shanties.

Does Shubert not realize that prostitutes don’t need a shanty, and fisherman don’t need shanties, to have sex? And does he not realize that a frozen river doesn’t scream Come out here and fuck me?

Get educated and save yourselves from The Stupids.

  2. If Mrs Cruz had ever had any sense she would never have gone on a blind date with someone with absolutely NO moral values and someone prepared to stand up for her. But then she married him, so we can only assume that she likes the sewage that pours out of his mouth. As for that monumental failure to stand up for her....that would have been a good time to walk out with the kids and a killing divorce settlement.

PS Deedles, they're morons every day of the week.

  5. Reminds me of the old ice-fisherman and the young ice-fisherman. The old guy was catching lots of fish, the young guy none at all. Young guy asks "What's your secret?" Old guy replies "duh blah ta blah ta blah blah" The young guy asks again and gets the same answer. Young guy finally says, "I can't understand a word you're saying." Old guy spits a glob into his hand and replies, "You've got to keep the worms warm."
    Sorry, couldn't resist.

  10. We should just create a new government department for morons and lock them all in a room together... with no windows, no exit, and no data connection.

  11. I saw that about Shubert, he's evidently been Cracker Jack Crazy since his wife died last year.

Mace is now saying she'll will without the loser's support.

As for Wisconsin, looks like the cheese heads are going moldy.

I will add Anyone who convinces you to believe absurdities must know you are a dumb ass to begin with.
