@Travel There will always be trouble, and ssad to say the squeaky ignorant wheel gets the cartoons.
@Dave Like ‘Lock her up,; ‘Dirt on Joe Biden’ will be with us for a while.
@Sadie I liked the last one, too; a rare sign of hope.
@Mitchell I hope we can at least one day celebrate a Putin and Thing 45 free world.
@Deedles This last one is hope.
@TDM Indeed.
@Debra Last night Thing 45 changed his tune—for the time being—and condemned the attack and said he was praying for the Ukrainian people. Of course, he’ll switch back because, well, liar.
@Maddie When Russia starts feeling the pain of sanctions, and rich Russians start seeing their bank accounts frozen, maybe someone will talk Putin out.
"This wouldn't have happened if I was president." Someone should have done a cartoon with Trump at the Ukraine border, surrounded by all the CPAC speakers (especially MTG), waving Putin in.
@upton I am, however, amazed by the resolve of the people of Ukraine, and of the leader. Their leader fights, our last leader hid in a bunker because protestors were in the streets around the White House.
@Ur-spo Sad, yes, but hope in that last one, and hope for an end to Russia’s illegal war in Ukraine, and an end to Putin.
@Yorkshire Just yesterday, Thing 45 changed his tune and condemned Putin, so, why that means absolutely nothing, it does show the world that most of the decent people stand with Ukraine.
I busy week, someday we will laugh again
ReplyDeleteI did have to laugh at the 'no dirt on Hunter Biden.'
ReplyDeleteI think I'll just hold on to that last one. The rest make me sad.
ReplyDeleteThe Ukraine mustache. Next could be a shot of Trump as Mussolini. SHOULD I be laughing?
ReplyDeleteI like the bookends for differing reasons.
ReplyDeleteThe last one :-)
ReplyDeleteThe rest are very, very scary-toons.
xoxo :-)
It's disgusting that Trump and the Republican party are supporting Putin and Russian aggression. DISGUSTING.
ReplyDeleteA sad commentary on current events.
ReplyDeleteBut the "We're going broke was a good one.

Just heartsick to see the images of the Ukraine invasion. It's so wrong. Half the time I have no idea what the world is coming to...
ReplyDelete:-(
ReplyDeleteTrump's tacit support for Putin shows what kind of creature he is. A wicked and stupid one.
