As a person living in the middle (and relatively unscathed) of Sandy, I appreciate having the Gov's of NY and NJ and the mayor of NYC being so strong and vocal and proactive. I couldn't give two shits that they have eyes on presidential runs. They all seem to have made the right moves 90% of the time. This could have easily replaced Katrina and NO in tragedy and recovery but that won't happen.
