Architecture Wednesday: Village Penthouse

It's not the biggest penthouse I could find--just two bedrooms--but it features a massive landscaped and irrigated terrace with a water tank.
A water tank that has been converted into a separate cottage with its own central air, heat, cable, and 24-foot ceilings!
In Greenwich Village.
The cats can have their own space on the roof, and we'll still have room for guests.
What's not to love?

I wonder how much it goes for. But then, the half billion dollar lottery drawing is in what, less than an hour. I actually spent $4 and got two tickets.
