I feel like Rosita, a lump of flesh. It's been hot ... in the 90s with high humidity ... for several days and I am not in the mood for it. The only relief came in the form of laughter when I read that MAGAts crowds booed Miss Lindsey Graham for six straight minutes when she introduced Thing 45 at a rally here in South Carolina. That's all I've got for y'all today, but it's the little things that bring me joy. I'll be sitting under a fan sippin. a Mint Julep and fannin' myself until the heat breaks. |

We got the high humidity, too, but much lower temps. It feels like summer has passed us by? We've had exactly two "hot" days in the mid 80s. I'm afraid of what's going to happen when the rain clears out. The whole state may pop like popcorn. Enjoy your julep and relaxation.

DeleteIt's hotter than hell here, too, but it is hell. It's Florida. I saw the video of Lindsey being booed. He tried everything to win over the crowd. They wouldn't let him speak. hahahahahaha!

DeleteI'm sitting here in a winter jumper; even though the wind is in the west it's ruddy cold here. Wolfie is crashed out on my bed, his normal lounging place in the winter.

I am in shorts and a t-shirt, with the a/c running and the fans going. The only thing giving me joy is Miss Lindsay's smackdown.
