I don’t consider myself a fashionista, though I do have a sense of style, know what I like, and damn anyone who thinks it’s too, as they sometimes say here in Smallville, ‘different’.
But maybe these two looks, that I was trying to choose from for work today, are a little different? Though the stripes are slimming, and black is, too.
What to wear? What to wear?

Go with the stripes...it's fashion have fun!!!!
ReplyDeleteSave the black for autumn honey.
Not sure that those trousers won't make anyone wearing them look as though they have an advanced form of elephantiasis. In the case of the black ones, the flesh has melted down into the ankles and is only being kept in by the boots....don't even think about it. The other one looks like a clown suit, so I don't think either of them a good look for work.
ReplyDeleteI would go with the green ones.
ReplyDeleteIt’s still summer, no? Besides, vertical stripes.
XoXo
ak!
ReplyDeletetake care, xoxo :-)
Do they come in red or blue or hot pink? These colors are so boring!
ReplyDelete@MM
ReplyDeleteI do like the stripes, but the black brings out my inner Johnny Cash!
@Helen
Well, at work I act like a clown so ....
@Six
It is the last day of August, so, yeah, Summer ?
@TDM
You don't like?
@deedles
Hot pink? Oh, honey, no ..... no.
I'd feel strongly tempted to stick a pin in them to let the air out.
ReplyDeleteThere's something to be said about nudity.
ReplyDelete@Raybeard and @Jimmy
ReplyDeleteBoth viable solutions!
Go for the black. I dare you!
ReplyDelete@Debra
ReplyDeleteI do look good in black!
Oh dear, the black one looks like sausage casings, so I'd go with the stripes if I were you!
ReplyDeleteAh, the black outfit looks like the armpits are open, so maybe cooler on an overly hot day? I'd be worried that the pants wouldn't bend enough to let you sit, though. Bad for those with an office job.
ReplyDeleteNo, just No.
ReplyDeleteWho wants to be reminded of a toddler with an overloaded diaper? Not a good look at any age.
Bulges in all the wrong places!
ReplyDeleteOh, I see someone found some of the concept art for the original production of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
ReplyDelete@Treaders
ReplyDeleteThe stripes seem to be popular, though the sausages might be interesting!
@Sadie
It's fashion! No need for practicality! =)
@Anon
You have a point ...
@krayolakris
I never thought of it that way ...
@Dave
Nothing wrong with Wonka Wear™
EW! NO! TO BOTH! 2 words: FUG LY!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they should see a good urologist.
ReplyDeleteI love the clown legs. Go with the green. Very Covid chic.
ReplyDeleteIf the tops and bottoms were two different plaids, that would be so YOU.
ReplyDelete@AM
ReplyDeleteBut latex bubble pants? No?????
@Travel
I', afraid of how long it would take to remove them, and then put them back on!
@uptonking
Clown style!
@Mitch
I do like mixing patterns with my latex pants!
