You Voted GOP, and Now We Owe Millions More In Debt

Remember when _____ was on the campaign trail and said he would erase the deficit?

Yeah, not so much.

In fact, the budget deficit has widened to $898 billion this year alone, exceeding the Congressional Budget Office’s forecast for the first full fiscal year under the _____ presidency.

Are we surprised? I mean, he bankrupts most of his companies, so bankrupting America was clearly to be expected.

The budget deficit rose by a third in the October to August period from $674 billion in the same time-frame a year earlier; spending rose to $3.88 trillion, outpacing revenue gains of $2.99 trillion. Revenue from corporations fell to $163 billion, down by $71 billion from a year ago.

But some of y’all wanted a businessman, a horrible businessman, to run the show, so ….
Now the U.S. fiscal gap continues to balloon under _____, raising concerns that our debt—now at $21.5 trillion—is out of control.

Why, though, why? Oh, the GOP tax cuts enacted this year –which will add up to $1.5 trillion over a decade—and increased government spending are adding to budget strains.

See, the GOP thinks that by giving millionaires tax breaks and then spending money like a two-dollar hooker in a Fredericks of Hollywood discount store, is the way to pay off debt.

Any fool, save the fools who voted this party into power, knows that does not work.

But hey, y’all got a nice red hat outta the deal, right?

And China made a bundle making and selling those hats.

  2. Things are going the same way over here; the rich get tax cuts and the guvmint doesn't want to raise taxes to pay for the NHS or decent a education for our kids or housing for the homeless; they are all things that don't matter, just so that the rich can get richer.
