Also the Portland thing...Riddle me this...If what your doing is on the up-and-up why do you need forces-unidentifiable-I am not saying name badge blazon but somehow one can identify who they are-person-and what agency they represent...And while we are at it...Why do we need unmarked rental vehicles...I am sure the government has a motor pool that can spare a few vans...Their actions are showing me that one is not doing right by their citizenry...
