But, hey, it's Christmas-time, we're here, we're queer, and we're putting up the lights and the trees and the ornaments and the bulbs, stars glitter and glitz.
Your home looks fab inside and out. Neat, tidy, and festive. Did you and Carlos do anything else after Thanksgiving but decorate? Plus I love the kitty under the tree. My cat always loved to stay behind it and watch all the happenings. :)
@Susan We relaxed almost the whole weekend. We did the inside of the house on Saturday and the outside on Sunday. And that's Miss Consuelo Roca-Jones under the tree. She does not go outside so this is the closest she gets.
I swear, all my boyfriends have well-appointed home interiors (must be in the genes). I didn't get a decorating gene, and my shit is everywhere and anywhere.
And you just know balls and shiny objects get my attention!!!! I must so DE-GORGEOUS DE-LOVELY and DE-VINE!!!! YOur tree is stunning dear. And it makes me happy to see you have balls filled in containers on that quaint desk, as you know I'm fond of. Job well done.
Oh so very festive and lovely! I see no reason whatsoever to put up decorations unless they are shiny! All that down east, popcorn and yarn stuff just doesnt do it for me at all.
Hope that tree's propped up firmly. In my long-distant days of putting one up (I used to be the family's self-appointed decorations man), there'd always come at least one point when the entire thing would come crashing down, caused, inevitably, by over-excited pussy-play.
Loverly, loverly. Around here it still looks like the Ghost of Thanksgiving Past.
ReplyDeleteHow very festive and gay!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly aren't wasting any time! Very festive and gay indeed!!

ReplyDeleteLove the secretaire (and your balls)
ReplyDeleteAll so classy and joyous... Joyeux? No trees for us anymore with our two curious cats, but I should at least get some stuff out. You've inspired me!±
