A huge statue of Satan sporting an enormous phallus would not be inappropriate - and, perhaps, if he were to exist at all, be 'accurate'. Then we could ALL worship it.
And yet there are people who don't understand why memorials honoring slave owners/traders are offensive. I think some of them, including a few members of my family, need to reposition their heads for a better view.
