I Just Can't Do It!

Carlos and I are having our First Annual Cinco de Never party on Saturday and, well, there are tamales to make, and nopales to boil, and peppers to roast, and beans to re-fry, and steak to marinate, and skewers to skew, and tequila to drink, so, except for a a few pre-planned posts, I won't be around much until after the weekend.
