I Didn't Say It ...

Bill Clinton, former President, on that email “scandal” surrounding Hillary:

"First of all, the FBI Director [James Comey] said when he testified before Congress … that she had never received any emails marked classified. They saw two little notes with a 'C' on it. [The State Department puts that 'C' on an email to discourage people from discussing it in public.] This is the biggest load of bull I've ever heard. ... Do you really believe there are 300 career diplomats … all of whom were careless with national security? Do you believe that? Forget about Hillary, forget about her. Is that conceivable?"

Only to Republicans who are scared to death of four more years, hell, eight more years, of a Democrat in office.

RuPaul Charles, on Democrats and Hillary Clinton:

“I fucking love them. I have always loved them. And let me just say this: If you're a politician — not just in Washington but in business and industry, you have to be a politician — there are a lot of things that you have to do that you're not proud of. There are a lot of compromises you have to make because it means that you can get this other thing over here. And if you think that you can go to fucking Washington and be rainbows and butterflies the whole time, you're living in a fucking fantasy world. So now, having said that, think about what a female has to do with that: All of those compromises, all of that shit, double it by ten. And you get to understand who this woman is and how powerful, persuasive, brilliant, and resilient she is. “Frankly, I’m tired of talking about her opponent. I don’t have to make the case against her opponent because every time he talks he makes the case against his own candidacy.”

Again, the man has no f**ks left to give.

Danell Leyva, Olympic silver medalist in gymnastics, declaring his support for the LGBT community:

“I’m sorry this might seem late, but I wanted to say something that would do the victims of the Orlando shooting justice … something that can honor their memory. I am not part of the LGBT community but it is imperative that those of us not in the community do our best to show them all the kindness and understanding they need while they grieve the loss they have suffered. The love within the LGBT community is so much stronger than the hatred against it, and it is our responsibility as non-LGBT people to help emulate this love and create a world where LGBT people don’t need to create their own safe spaces. Recently there has been much said about trans rights and the danger people fear they may pose if they are allowed to use whatever bathroom they wish. These people of course are wrong about any danger, and these attacks remind us that the danger comes from bigotry, not the victims of it.”

Danell said this while wearing a ‘Make America Gay Again’ shirt.
