I’ll keep this simple …I love this home because it’s Italian, and sleek and modern, rustic and luxurious … all the things I strive to be and just and what I need right now.
Plus, indoor and an outdoor pools don’t hurt.

Don't usually check out your architecture posts but Perugia caught my eye...more Leon's style than mine, but I'll take the swimming pool. (P.S. I still don't quite get how to use a bidet...and that one looks huge.)
