♫♪Well the weather outside is frightful .... ♪♫
And when it's bad and cold and snowy, there is no better place to be than a 6,000 square foot contemporary mountain home, on three floors, with amazing views, and fabulous indoor spaces.
Looking through the window-walls across the roof decks to spectacular views, you’ll see why it’s called the Penthouse; there are even spectacular vistas from the tubs!
Plus, there are two master suites, boys’ and girls’ bunk rooms--for your Single-and-Ready-To-Mingle friends--an additional guest room, and, what I really look for in a home, a wine cave. All levels are accessed by both a stunning stairway and an elevator.
The exterior features a combination of rock, wood, stucco and steel that allows the custom architecture to stand out while still appearing at home in the mountains. Warm, neutral colors echo the natural surroundings and lend softness to balance the clean, modern lines.
I just adore a Penthouse view!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Bob, I think I would do just about anything for the blue tiled wall in the kitchen! We want to put one similar one into the kitchen when it is redone(though ours is only a small space on a rounded wall-that's about all we can afford).
ReplyDeleteBob, thanks for featuring our project, and glad you like it! The architect is Michael F. Gallagher, Breckenridge. I'm the interior designer, Donna Grace McAlear, New Mood Design, Atlanta.
