The dress that spawned a maddening deliberation. The one Heidi loved, but Kors and Nina weren't so sure about.
But Heidi said she would wear such a dress, and she did, albeit with a few alterations, like losing the sleeves.
Mondo Guerra: "As I was packing to come back to Denver my cell phone rang and a bright, cheery, 'Hello' greeted me, with a German accent. I wasn't sure who it was, but the next thing I knew, the voice on the other end was asking me, 'Do you have my dress?'"
Next, Mondo scheduled an immediate fitting, then flew to his home in Denver and dashed to a fabric store.
"The next morning, I came back to my studio and made the dress, shipped it overnight for early morning delivery. I knew she had received the dress, but was she going to wear it?"
And she did.
So, what do you think?
Thumbs up? Thumbs down?
Do you miss the sleeves?
Thumbs up and bravo to Heidi. Likes it without the sleeves.
ReplyDeleteNow - will Nina show up in something of Gretchen's???
And "Bravo" to Heidi?
ReplyDeleteWas that a little Freudian slip, Froggy?
Let's hope Nina stays away from Granny Pants in public!
I absolutely love it. It's a subtle "FU" to Michael and Nina for their judging fuckery.
ReplyDeleteXOXOXO
Um, great for keeping your word, but, is it just me or does the model look better in it than Heidi...?
ReplyDeletetheDr.
She looks sort of grub like in that thing. Definitely better with the sleeves.
ReplyDeleteI like it without the sleeves!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Heidi! I like it better without the sleeves and am proud of Heidi for showing Michael and Nina. Still pissed off about Gretched.
ReplyDeleteShe looks great! Im still burning over the evil Gretchen's win. And what makes it eve worse for me, is that I know she will not become a well known fashion designer, sigh.... Oh, well maybe next season will end better!
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT! She was fighting for Mondo to win. Glad that she lost the sleeves
