This song is one of my favorite Christmas tunes, so I thought I'd share
it four different ways, with four different singers.
Kelly Clarkson, Leslie Odom Jr., Linda Ronstadt, The
Carpenters, Ella Fitzgerald, and ending with Judy, who probably sang it first,
and, in my mind, sang it best.
A very happy Xmas and rest of hols, Bob, both to you and to all yours who deserve it. Let's all hope (against hope?) for a brighter New Year - though as for the pits that was 2016, bah HUMBUG!
Whew! I didn't need to listen to these all at once, because I've already been on this jag. Two days ago, I too listened to every version I could find... except the Carpenters! So that's what I listened to here. Feliz fiesta!
and we all KNOW we could use a bit of GAY yuletide! :)
