  1. Yeah...the last one... The Fake President tries to make everything about him - even fantasising that he was there in the midst of things on 9/11, suggesting that he was rescued by firefighters. He may never have heard about "groceries" but he is certainly totally unfamiliar with the concepts of empathy and selflessness.
