Girl...you HAD ME at West Village and Renovated 19th-century Manhattan Firehouse!!!! I love it!!!! But the exterior totally sold it for me. Loved everything about it except the cabinet doors, but they can be changed. Love all the light.
ReplyDeleteNow my question is, do any firemen come with the joint? Asking for a friend...of course.
I'm with you about the cabinets AND the need for firemen in residence!
DeleteI like this one. The kitchen area would probably make me dizzy, but I could work with that.
ReplyDeleteI'd need them replaced at once!!!
DeleteThe elevator's a nice touch. Let me get my checkbook.
ReplyDeleteGotta have a lift!
DeleteIt’s stunning! Love the openness, the style, the artwork. Only the cabinets gave me pause, well, along with the price tag. Is that really the going rate in the area? Wow! I might need resuscitating by a fireman.
ReplyDeleteSwoon, oh yes, yessss, yesssss! There are a few decorator ideas, but overall, a winner. And PARKING, the kitchen can be updated while we are in Germany taking delivery of a new S class.
ReplyDeleteThis is so...perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. With my M.D., the elevator is a must. Love the piece above the fireplace and that tile mural. Heck, I don't even mind those cabinets! Of course, my penchant for nude living would either be curtailed outdoors on that terrace or give the neighboring units lovely shows in Summer.
ReplyDeleteFancy!
ReplyDeleteManhattan?
ReplyDeleteI'm in. It's very Bond Villain in some aspects but it's very beautiful and spacious in others. The parking, the rooftop, the space!!!
Yes, please.
XOXO
This kind of preservation has always been a fantasy home of mine. I love every last bit except the cabinet doors and matching panels in the kitchen. Do you think they’d 21.5 million off the price for those?
ReplyDelete😯 I'm amazed by the comments. For once, I actually like the cabinets in the kitchen and I think those colors work well against that color of brick. 🤷♀️
ReplyDeleteI would probably change that one free form chandelier over the bed and maybe the dark sunburst mosaic tile in the bathroom...both things seem to be trying to carry forward the color scheme from the kitchen cabinets, but they don't thrill me.
👏 I often wonder how so many wealthy people have horrific taste in home selection and decor, but not here! These folks have money AND style...I only have one of those things! 🤭🫶

ReplyDeletexoxo :-)
Of course it has an elevator. What is a "flew space"? I've never heard that term. I like the flowery tile floor in the bathroom!
