Now the government in El Salvador is saying they have no control over the ICE “detention center”, it is administered and run by the Trump regime, and ICE has control over the fates of the imprisoned. Apparently it has come out the detainees are being tortured and Bukele wants to distance El Salvador from the fall out of Trump’s sick folly. Rex in DC
