I am back home, and going back to work this week. I won't have to go back to Oregon for a few weeks until I get Death Certificates for the banks and so on, but much of the work can be done at home, but ...
I will take Maddie's advice and take February off this year.
I'll see y'all soon. |
Taking time for yourself to remember those you love and mourn them is a good idea.

Welcome home. Be kind to yourself. I look forward to your complete return.
ReplyDeleteTake the time you need - dealing with an estate is a lot of work. We'll all be here when you return. Take care!
ReplyDeleteYou've got a lot on your plate right now -- see you in March.
ReplyDeleteGood Advice. from some one who has been through the passing of both parents, its needed.
ReplyDeleteBe assured, your absence will make our hearts grow fonder! Keep breathing...in, then out...that's the way! ✊

We will see you in March. Maybe Trump will be in his XXXL orange prison suit by then.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Great comment, Neil!
DeleteI just love your optimistic outlook. I wish I had some of yours.
DeleteI've got that bottle of fine champagne ready to pOp when they shackle and take the unfit one to prison in an orange jumpsuit to match his hair. -Rj
DeleteTake care and enjoy a little break. It will do you good.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad. There is never a shortage of things to tend to when it comes to settling an estate. Hang in there Bob.
ReplyDeleteTake good care of you during all of this tooing and froing.
ReplyDeletePerfectly understandable!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, too.
See you soon. Sending hugs.

ReplyDeleteI too wait like Penelope for your return.
ReplyDeleteWe have missed you tremendously - take time to heal, we'll keep calm and wait for the upcoming pearls of wisdom and astute observations
ReplyDeleteThere are some months that should be removed from the calendar - I will agree that F--------y should be ripped from yours. Your dad must have been a special man to nurture and love you like he did, and produced a son who cherished him in life, who will honor his memory by being a man whose courage and commitment to doing good will continue to make him proud. Bless your heart, my friend. Pretty and I send love and hugs.
ReplyDeleteI missed the post of your dad's passing. I'm sorry for your loss
ReplyDeleteTake care, Bob, and my condolences to you.
