Not sure about the legal position of the criminals of an unaffiliated country being tried by the International Court at the Hauge - but bring it on, with Jack Smith as chairman of the board of judges, although sadly he would have to recuse himself. I'm sure we'd all love to see it play out.
Sadly, I don't think they'll ever be brought to book. I hope someone proves me wrong.
