I Didn't Say It ... But Frst ...

Look what arrived at my doorstep this afternoon! I cannot wait to read San Geraldo’s story, as well as Mitch’s story, and their story … If you need me, I’ll be reading!

Tim Walz, Democrat Governor of Minnesota, has put the Minnesota National Guard on standby following an ICE gent’s murder of a woman in Minneapolis and has urged Minnesotans to remain peaceful while criticizing the Fascist Regime’s lies:

“We do not need any further help from the federal government. To [Cankles] and [DogKiller]: You‘ve done enough. I want Minnesotans to hear this from me: The desire to get out in the protest and to speak up to this administration of how wrong this is, that is a patriotic duty at this point in time, but it needs to be done safely. I feel your anger, I am angry. They want a show, we can't give it to them."

Stay strong, stay peaceful, and show this regime that we will stand against their fascist tactics and state sanctioned murder.

Resist with your voice and your vote!

Mark Kelly, Democrat Senator from Arizona,  forcefully rejected DUI hire Pete Hegseth’s censure over his “illegal orders” comments, calling it on Free Speech and on generations of service members who have earned their rank through sacrifice:

“Over twenty-five years in the U.S. Navy, thirty-nine combat missions, and four missions to space, I risked my life for this country and to defend our Constitution – including the First Amendment rights of every American to speak out. I never expected that the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense would attack me for doing exactly that. My rank and retirement are things that I earned through my service and sacrifice for this country. I got shot at. I missed holidays and birthdays. I commanded a space shuttle mission while my wife Gabby recovered from a gunshot wound to the head—all while proudly wearing the American flag on my shoulder. [But] Pete Hegseth wants to send the message to every single retired servicemember that if they say something he or [Cankles] doesn’t like, they will come after them the same way. It’s outrageous and it is wrong. There is nothing more un-American than that. If Pete Hegseth, the most unqualified Secretary of Defense in our country’s history, thinks he can intimidate me with a censure or threats to demote me or prosecute me, he still doesn’t get it. I will fight this with everything I’ve got—not for myself, but to send a message back that Pete Hegseth and [Cankles] don’t get to decide what Americans in this country get to say about their government.”

Mark Kelly is a hero; Hegseth is an adulterous drunk while Cankles is a draft-dodging rapist.

I stand with Kelly.

Chris Murphy, Democrat Senator from Connecticut, on the criminal White House and the attack on Venezuela:

“[Cankles] thinks he is above the law. He steals from taxpayers. He thumbs his nose at the law. And now he is starting an illegal war with Venezuela that American didn’t ask for and has nothing to do with our security. How does going to war in South America help regular Americans who are struggling? How does this do anything about drugs entering the US when Venezuela produces no fentanyl? What is the actual security threat to the United States? And what happens next in Venezuela? He cannot answer these questions—and that’s why there was no briefing to Congress to explain this action, and no briefing scheduled. And Maduro’s illegitimate election does not give the president the power to invade without Congressional approval, not does it create ma national security justification. That contention is laughable. This is about satisfying [his] vanity; making good on the long-standing neocon grudge against Maduro, enriching [Cankles’] oil industry backers and distracting voters from Epstein and rising costs.”

Did anyone ever think a morally bankrupt con artist would ever be elected president … twice?

Did anyone ever think that America would ever attack another country without cause, without Congressional approval, just for money?

We got the war because we elected a draft-dodging criminal.

Pete Buttigieg, former Transportation Secretary and future President of the United States, speaking truth:

“It’s an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president—failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home—decides to launch a war for regime change abroad. The American people don’t want to ‘run’ a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one. As of this week, millions of Americans are now paying thousands more for health insurance. If the President and Congressional GOP think Washington has the capacity to ‘run’ Venezuela right now, why won't they fix the insurance cost crisis they've created here at home?”

The country is in turmoil because of one man and hist goose-stepping group of lapdogs and sycophants and they want you to believe they can run another country?

photo

Gustavo Petro, President of Columbia, on the invasion of Venezuela and the threats against other South American countries by a little dick-tater:

“A clan of pedophiles wants to destroy our democracy. To keep Epstein’s list from coming out. They send warships to kill fishermen and threaten our neighbor for their oil.”

All to save a child raping predator from prison.

That’s the legacy of the GOP going forward.

photo

Jacob Frey, Democrat Mayor of Minneapolis, where Renee Nicole Good was murdered by an inept, untrained, lunatic with a gun and a face mask:

“I have a message for ICE—get the fuck out of Minneapolis. We do not want you here. People are being hurt. Families are being ripped apart. And now [Renee Nicole Good] is dead. That’s on you. It’s also on you to leave.”

We all knew this was going to happen at some point when you allow an inept, foolish, out of control Kristi Noem play sheriff and hire the untrained and uneducated dregs of society to go after anyone who doesn’t look white.

We all knew someone would die.

This is Kristi Noem’s fault, and Cankles, and the shooter, Jonathan Ross, needs to be arrested.

      Yet here we are.

  2. Thank you for posting all of these comments by people who are standing up to the regime. Their words give me hope when I am feeling hopeless right now. I have been in a major funk over all of the things that have been happening.

  3. OK....Thanks for the reminder of the book!!!!! I want to read that too. I wonder if I could get them both to sign my copy when I get it???

I'm over politicians. Except for Pete Buttigieg...one of the few I still trust and have respect for.

And two snaps to Gustavo Petro. He's right. I wish all of the South American continent would all get together with our other enemies and just come here and take he and them all out.

And speaking of Mayor Frey....I'm not opposed to him tapping me. For feedback of course. But a Mayor Sandwich with him and Mayor Pete sounds even better.

  4. The one thing the Conservatives never counted on was America uniting against them, yet each of these men are saying the same thing. The more we unite, the more the evil right splutters and makes assholes of themselves. I don't think Renee Nicole Good thought she'd ever be a martyr, but she may end up being one of the greatest our country has ever seen.

    1. It sickens me that this seemingly decent caring woman would be shot at so recklessly and deliberately and then have our so-called leaders lie through their fucking rotted souls and blame HER.

  5. Jacob Frey has it! He wasted no time in telling the truth and calling out the bullshit. Literally. Just before he said, "Get the fuck out of Minneapolis." And I thought that Jen Psaki's production team not bleeping it when that aired it much later on in the day was the total breath of fresh air the country needed. And needs. Especially with the same crew raiding, roughing up, and pepper spraying students at the high school only hours later; the FBI blocking Minnesota from the investigation; then, of course, we have DHS shooting 2 more in Portland, OR yesterday.

  6. Ohhh That books looks like I need to have it!
Ad this is the kind of voices we need from the Dems. More, please.!
Cankles will keep inventing wars and creating chaos because he needs a distraction from the Epstein Files. Fuck MAGA. Fuck ICE.
There'll be more deaths and more chaos because CHOMO will not stop.

  9. I think it's about time that we, the United Kingdom, demand the return of Virginia and all the other states stolen from us by revolutionaries. After all, if the Great Bloated One can demand Greenland on the grounds that 300 years ago there were American ships around there (wrong, any ships 300 years ago would have been British or French and I don't approve of the rapine and murder either country or the Spanish undertook to create an empire), then we can take back what really was ours. But taxation without representation is clearly wrong and using might as justification never ends well.

  13. A few thoughts for a Friday:

*I don’t know who Gerald L. is, but I read the synopsis of the book, and what a rich life he led. It should be a great read. I’ve always loved a good biography.

*Tim Walz — I am sickened and numb by what has happened in his state of Minnesota. The killing in Minneapolis and the child daycare situation are a hot mess. Let’s zoom out for a moment and recognize, with some poignancy, that a president of the United States is withholding childcare funding from blue states, causing a ripple effect of disaster, simply because he doesn’t like Tim. That sounds kindergarten-level—and it’s horrific.

*Mark K. — So Mussolini Don and Whiskey Pete (you know they work in tandem) are trying to withhold retirement pay that was earned with blood, sweat, and tears, all to convey the message that service members cannot be informed they are obligated not to follow unlawful orders. You’d think we were living in the Third Reich.

*Venezuela — Let me see if I follow this administration’s reasoning: we can’t afford healthcare subsidies so people don’t have to choose between medicine and rent; a minimum wage that reflects today’s economic realities; affordable housing; cleaner air and water; shoring up our crumbling infrastructure; addressing student loan debt; tackling education—including trade schools—so it’s affordable for all; moving forward quickly on electric vehicles and alternative energy; sorting out monopolies; or creating a fairer tax code by closing loopholes.
But we can afford to run Venezuela? We have oil company CEOs in the White House right now, dividing up the spoils. The money made from that oil will be controlled and dispersed by Diaper Don through an offshore account—not the U.S. Treasury. What could possibly go wrong? Tell me I’m crazy. Someone please take grandpa to a retirement home in another country.

*I missed the architect on Wednesday. The choice feels like something I’ve seen before. Too much damn wood. I love a good cabin, but it doesn’t need to be 100% in-your-face. It’s like those waterfront places that lean hard into a coastal theme. Let’s be a little more imaginative.

Have a great weekend. Try to get out and get some fresh air. Take Carlos along—tell him you’ll buy him lunch.

  14. The pan on the hob has been simmering for months but now with the cruel assassination of an innocent woman, it is as if the pan is starting to boil over. Maybe Renee did not die in vain. The good people of America, the workers, the gays, the educated, the liberals, the woke, the kind and the caring should now be planning a huge "We Shall Overcome" march on Washington D.C. with their arms interlinked.

🤬 Sphincter Face was very busy this week telling the NYTimes that "[his] own morality is the only restraint on U.S. military actions around the world." Ain't it amazing how that is hilarious and terrorizing at the same time?! Trump morality?! 🤣🥵☠️
He also said it is time to start a land war in Mexico against the drug cartels. I live in El Paso, TX. Ciudad Juarez is what I am looking at right now out my window. Trump fully militarized this border months ago...I live in a war zone! So do citizens of Minneapolis and Portland, but those cities don't have an established military (and heavily-armed cartels) ready to fight back in bloody battles in their front yards...yet! 😳

While the Sphincter-in-Chief was scaring the rest of the world, he allowed the VP of Sphincters to have a 2028 campaign rally in the press room. The VPOS menaced any citizen, especially those in the media, that independent thinking will no longer be tolerated! He told us what he thinks about the Minneapolis shooting: "it's her fault; I stand with ICE; case closed!" [Of course he stands with ICE. It is the current dictator's tool of control and Vance will inherit this palace guard if he is "elected" the next dictator!] 🤬🤬

🤨 For a different, and insightful, take on the MN shooting AND the later ICE incident at Roosevelt High School which resulted in Minneapolis schools being closed the rest of the week: a news interview with former MN Governor Jesse Ventura. It takes place in front of Roosevelt High because Ventura is its most famous graduate! 😃
