The American Bar Association Backs Marriage Equality

Without so much as a herein or a hereto, a hereby or heretofore, without one single herewith, whereby or wherefore, the American Bar Association has unequivocally--yeah, they threw in an unequivocally--backed civil marriage rights for gay and lesbian couples.
The ABA resolution, adopted less than one week after a federal judge struck down California's Prop H8 as unconstitutional, acknowledges that same-sex couples "are only seeking to participate in an equal basis in a foundational institution of our civil life....[t]hey simply want to share in the legal blessings that we give to married couples. It can only strengthen marriage.”
We simply want to share.....it can only strengthen marriage.

Indeed.
