DeleteThis is awesome. That galley kitchen still appears wide enough to maneuver. Love the white walls because any artwork adds color. One thing missing in Pasadena: Where's the pool?

Delete🤔 I like the reverse floor plan. I like white walls and lots of windows. But, last time I lived in CA (Monterey), I got spoiled forever. If I'm living in CA, some of my windows have to have a view of the Pacific! 🏝🌊☺️

DeleteI like this one except for the baby poop green/yellow cabinets in the bathroom. That color should only be found in a diaper or a toilet not part of the decor.

DeleteTo each their own, Bobulah. I can get thrown into a depression over some colors whereas others cheer me up (not just reds, smartass) . Emerald green, yes! Baby poop green, no! Making up for being a beige teen all those years ago. I do like this house very much.

DeleteIncredible! The views from the windows are amazing, it isn't so large that I'd get lost in it, and that deck would be where I would spend most of my time.

ReplyDeleteI would plant jasmine, honeysuckle, boxwood and roses in the backyard to enrobe the house in an intoxicating fragrance. Needs a pool to complete the Southern California lifestyle. I would furnish the house in a combination of 20’s German Bauhaus and 30’s French Art Deco. The bathroom I would have done in black and white with brushed gold hardware, the lighting fixtures shown are a fine choice.
Now if I only had the money to buy it :)

Yeah, a pool would be nice but I don't know if it would work on that lot! There is some space but digging it might be impossible and the space seems small.

ReplyDeleteThis one is very nice, though the furniture isn't my ideal and I dislike those ball lights in the bathroom with the awful yellow/green cabinets, but those are easy fixes.
