Francis is either stymied by the Vatican mafioso or he's not as worried about victims of paedophilia as he is about the reputation of church. Bit like Melanie saying how sorry she was about the kids separated from their parents by her husband's policies or her complaints about cyber bullying without mentioning the biggest bully of all!
It's shocking that the Catholic Church can still legally get away with protecting its own. It doesn't matter that they claim to be angered by the behavior, they do nothing of substance.
Don't forget condemning poor women to procreating themselves into homelessness, shaming anyone from the LGBTQ community and being completely out of touch with real life in general.
