I Ain't One To Gossip But ...

It looks like The COVID-19 Break-up is still a thing; you know, where couples end their marriages and relationships because of lockdown and the idea that they really don’t care for each other. Or maybe the idea that you just want some other dick.

Last week Zoe Kravitz filed for divorce from Karl Glusman after four years together, and eighteen months married. They had a dream wedding in Paris, at her dad, Lenny Kravitz’, luxurious apartment and seemed like a lovely couple. But Zoe, like her mother Lisa Bonet, has that kind of wild-child, flower-child free-spirited thing going on and, well, yeah, maybe wanted another dick, because as soon as the split was announced came news that Zoe was having a thang with Channing Tatum.

To be fair, as soon as that story broke, both sides issued denials which, you know, means nothing. I was kinda hoping they would become a couple, oh not because I like Zoe, though I do, and not because I adore Channing’s exceptionally fine ass, though I do, but because of the holidays.

Picture it … Thanksgiving Dinner at Zoe’s … with Channing Tatum, Lenny Kravitz and Jason Momoa.

The thirst is real.

More Hilarious Baldwin stories? Okay! She is the Christmas Gift that keeps on giving, and the latest present from this wacknut—who blames the media  for her fake Spanish accent—is about the time Hilaria Hillary was confused about how to write her own name on a tax document.

You see, when it was time to put her Juanita Hancock on her 2009 W-4 document, Hilaria Hillary—who had spent 10 years pretending to be a Spanish-speaking native of Mallorca—wrote down two names, crossed them out, and finally wrote “Hillary L. Hayward-Thomas.”

The document is real, and is an exhibit in an old lawsuit against her Yoga Vida studio, and funnily enough, the court records also contain the code of conduct for the Hilarious’ studio instructors about honesty:

“Truth is defined to be when thoughts and words correspond directly to facts.”

Who wrote that? Hilaria or Hillary?

To be fair, she had to sign the document ‘Hillary’ because that is her real name and if she’d signed Hilaria, she would have been committing perjury,

It’s Hilarious. And kinda sad.

Rumors are flying …again …  that Kim Kardastrophe West and Kanye Kardastrophe West are “essentially over” and living separate lives in California and Wyoming, and …

Oh, who really cares? This was a match made in media-whore heaven and we all knew it wouldn’t last.

PS Kimmy’s still wearing her wedding ring because she’s probably saving the announcement for a Very Special Keeping Up With The Kardastrophes. I mean, it’ll be good for ratings, right?

It’s been a  rough week for Meghan “My Father is John” McCain. It was her first week back at The View after having  a baby and she was smacked down twice by Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg.

On Day One of The Return, Meghan got pissy with Joy’s opinion, and began interrupting her, as usual. Joy, who was talking about GOP infighting, was not having it, and after Meghan shrieked about there being as much fighting within the Democratic party, she added:

“Joy, you missed me so much when I was on maternity leave. You missed fighting with me.”

And Joy snapped back:

“I did not. I did not miss you. Zero.”

Meghan began pouting about Joy being nasty because she was just teasing, but we all know Meghan doesn’t tease; she has the sense of humor of _____.

Then, on Day Three of The Return, when The View started and the hosts were onscreen at the same time, Meghan glared at the camera, unsmiling and bitter like a Republican just realizing that they lost the White House, the House, the Senate, and any semblance of being a viable national political party.

And when newly elected Democratic Senator from Georgia, Raphael Warnock, was on to discuss his historic—and Jon Ossoff’s historic—win, Meghan, like a Rabid ReTHUG with a bone, kept asking Warnock if he would join Democratic Joe Manchin in rejecting a bunch of progressive political actions … like a better minimum wage, or a Green New Deal … climate change. But Warnock wasn’t having Meghan’s childishness and simply responded that he would work for the people of Georgia on healthcare and a living wage, and so Meghan kept repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating her question until Whoopi was done; she clapped her hands and shouted:

“HEY! Listen! We are going to say thanks to the Senator-elect Reverend Raphael Warnock.”

To be fair, this was the day after Meghan was pushing traitorous Senator Josh Hawley, who would, later in the day, be an inciter of the chaos at the Capitol, and be seen outside the building raising a fist in the air to the protesters, as the best GOP candidate for president in 2024.

Joy clapped at her,

Whoopi smacked her down.

She promoted a traitor for president,

Not a good first week, eh?

Speaking of Rightwingnuts, howsabout 90s TV Hercules, Kevin Sorbo?

Sorbo is a very vocal _____ supporter, and, of course, a COVID denier, and is now one of the lunatics who swears that the mob who stormed the Capito;, after leaving _____;s Insurrection Rally moments earlier, were, in fact, not _____ supporters, but left-wing “Antifa” members in right-wing MAGAt cosplay, attempting to instigate violence and make _____’s supporters look bad… like that’s possible.

That theory has been dispelled because most of those MAGAt idiots were dumb enough to post repeatedly on Facebook about the protest and the riot and where to meet up to discuss who got to wear what costumes. Still, Sorbo took to Twitter to say:

“ANTIFA led the charge into the capitol building dressed as Trump supporters. To all the people who actually believe that it was Trump supporters who started the riot today: Where was antifa and BLM to counter? They show up to every single event, so why not this one?”

Well, antifa and BLM knew to stay away because they knew what a shitshow this would be. But still, Kevin persisted, and so it took Xena: Princess Warrior AKA Lucy Lawless, to put Hercules in his place by Tweeting:

“No, Peanut. They are not Patriots. They are your flying monkeys, homegrown terrorists, QAnon actors. They are the douchebags that go out and do the evil bidding of people like you who like to wind them up like toys and let them do their worst.”

Yes, Xena took down Hercules, though it wasn’t a fair fight really, because how can Sorbo use a sword with one hand whilst keeping a tinfoil hat on his head at the same time?

I Didn't Say It ...

Joy Behar, taking on billionaire coffee  maker Howard Schultz over his vanity presidential bid and _____’s government shutdown:

“You talk about the Democrats not wanting to negotiate. They cannot negotiate with a toddler. You give him the cookie one day, the next day he wants another cookie, so it’s not equal on both sides. They had to play tough, the Democrats, with him, otherwise he will run amok. Now your entry into the race pretty much guarantees a Republican is going to win.”

And when Schultz said …  “No one wants to see him fired more than me” … Behar replied … “No one wants to see you run more than him.”
Word.
Adam Schiff, Democratic Congressman, wondering if Junior is next up on the indictment sweepstakes:

“I’d like the special counsel to have access to Don Jr.’s testimony and determine whether it is evidence of—of false statements. I think—and I greatly appreciate the seriousness with which the special counsel takes lying to Congress—so I’ll let Bob Mueller be the judge of that. But one of the first acts, if not the first act, of our committee will be to send all of these transcripts of all the witnesses to Bob Mueller so that he can consider whether additional perjury charges are warranted.”

And if Junior gets convicted, do you think Daddy will save him, or will Daddy still be trying to save his own ass?–
Alyssa Milano, refusing to apologize for calling MAGA hats the new KKK hood:

“The red MAGA hat is the new white hood, [and]  without white boys being able to empathize with other people, humanity will continue to destroy itself. Some things in that video cannot be disputed—no matter what angle or how extended the cut is—these boys, who attend a religious school, were there on a school trip protesting against a woman’s right to reproductive freedom. Several of these boys were wearing red MAGA hats, a hat that has become synonymous with white nationalism and racism. Several were doing a ‘tomahawk chop.’ Several were laughing.”

Hatred. Hat red. Red Hat.
Greg Razer, Missouri Democratic Representative, on trying to get LGBTQ anti-discrimination protections into Missouri law for years and trying a new tack: an amendment to ban sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination against House staff members:

“One would think an amendment in 2019 that simply says we won’t fire staff members because they’re LGBT wouldn’t be difficult to pass [but] the majority of my colleagues voted to retain the right to fire Missourians who work for them simply because they are LGBT like me. That in and of itself is proof that our employees need this protection. When a House member cites his religious liberty as a reason for retaining the right to fire someone, that is proof that our employees need this protection. When a House member has been supported on Twitter by the Westboro Baptist Church, that is proof that our employees need this protection. And when House Republican leaders ensure that the majority of their caucus will vote no to this amendment, that is proof that our employees need this protection.”

Needless to say, not one single Republican in Missouri voted yes, while every single Democrat did.
Sad to say, the Legislature in Missouri is GOP-controlled, for now.
Roger Stone, following his arrest, saying  he would discuss cooperating with special counsel Robert Mueller, if asked:

“You know, that’s a question I would have to—I have to determine after my attorneys have some discussion. If there’s wrongdoing by other people in the campaign that I know about, which I know of none, but if there is I would certainly testify honestly. I’d also testify honestly about any other matter, including any communications with the president. It’s true that we spoke on the phone, but those communications are political in nature, they’re benign, and there is—there is certainly no conspiracy with Russia. The president’s right, there is no Russia collusion.”

I’m still laughing at this cartoon criminal saying he would testify ‘honestly’.
Mick Mulvaney, on Fox News, saying _____ won the Shutdown Battle after caving to Pelosi:

“Why he did what he did was because many Democrats had come to us, some of them privately, many of them spoke out publicly, that they are actually starting to agree with him on the necessity for a barrier on the southern border, and they had come to us and said, ‘Look, we agree with you, you’re winning the battle on the importance of a barrier on the southern border, but we simply cannot work with you while the government is closed.'”

Give us a name, Mick. One frigging name.
And … crickets.
Sam Elliott, on what he thinks about getting an Oscar nomination—his first—at seventy-four:

“I think the thing off the top of my head might be, ‘It’s about f*cking time.’” Beyond that, it’s really about the work; it’s just about the creative process. It’s great to be recognized for that, that’s really all it’s about.”

I can’t believe he’s 74!
Chadwick Boseman, accepting the award for Best Cast for Black Panther, at the SAG Awards, on what it means “to be young, gifted and black” but not have privilege:

“That is one of my favorite songs, one of my favorite sayings in poetry. It speaks to the fact that you have the same dreams as other people. You have equal if not more talent. But you don’t have the same opportunities. You don’t necessarily have the same doors open to you, the same nepotism, the same money or resources that can be put toward your dreams. You, a lot of times, don’t have family members that have ever achieved the things that you want to do. So when you aspire to do something [it] is outside the realm of what the world would see you doing and also what your family has ever achieved. Some people they’re the first person to graduate from college still [in their family]. To be young, gifted and black is all of that. It’s to have everything but not be able to grasp it, but to be able to persevere through that. All of us are actors. It is difficult to do that for everyone, it’s a difficult task, but our task historically has not been the same because we’ve been relegated to playing the sidekick or the sideshow or backstage.”

Times will change.

Rosie v Hasselbeck with Behar and Goldberg [and me] In The Mix

Back in 2007, when The View was relevant, when the panelists had opinions and weren’t just talking Blond Bobbleheads making funny faces, or sassy Black Women playing the Urkel card, we had heated discussions about the war in Iraq, Republicans and Democrats, and most of those fights were between Rosie O’Donnell, the ultra-liberal loudmouth — and I mean loudmouth in a nice way, really, I do — and ultra-conservative low-wattage dim-bulb Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

But the big fight that broke the camel’s back, and sent Rosie packing, and Elisabeth gloating, was the day that, while discussing the not-so-Mission Accomplished war in Iraq and Rosie said this:
“I just want to say something: 655,000 Iraqi civilians are dead. Who are the terrorists? If you were in Iraq and another country, the United States, the richest in the world, invaded your country, and killed 655,000 of your citizens, what would you call us?”
Valid point, I thought then and think so now. In Iraq, who we all know had nothing to do with 9/11, who were not hiding Osama bin Laden, and who had no WMD but did have oil, the Iraqi people were simply living their lives and suddenly the United States attacked them. In the eyes and minds of Iraqi citizens, the US committed a terrorist act upon their country; that’s what Rosie was saying.

But Hasselbeck, and her brand of America Love it or Leave It conservatism, took it to mean that Rosie O’Donnell was calling our troops terrorists; not so. And one day on the show, the day that would be Rosie’s last, until, ALLEGEDLY, this fall, Rosie asked Elisabeth plainly, “Do you believe that I think our troops are terrorists?”

And, again, Elisabeth tried to spin it; in fact, she probably had her phone in her lap trying to text Hannity to ask him what she should say, and she began talking round and round. Rosie, rightly, became angry, and said it was a simple Yes or No question. Elisabeth couldn’t, wouldn’t, didn’t answer and after that show Rosie hit the bricks and didn’t come back.

Fast forward to 2014 and suddenly it looks like Rosie O’Donnell will be returning to The View in September, so naturally, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, forced out of the show a couple of years ago no matter how she spun that tale, and now a co-host on, where else, Fox News, decided she would give us her two cents — though it was actually far less — on the issue.

On vacation last week, Hasselbeck called in to Fox and Friends and acted as though Rosie’s return was some sort of personal attack on her. She claims to have known that Rosie’s deal with producers was in the works for months and was pissy about the whole thing; when I say pissy I mean jealous because Rosie’s back on The View and Hasselbeck is stuck on Fox the least-trusted news source of any news channel, and here’s what she had to say:
“I know Rosie very well. We worked quite closely. Talk about not securing the border. Here in comes to ‘The View’ the very woman who spit in the face of our military, spit in the face of her own network and really in the face of a person who stood by her and had civilized debates for the time that she was there.
Coming back with a bunch of control ready to regain a seat at The View table. Not surprising, I believe this has been in the works for a long time.
Go back to the reunion show for Barbara. When you have a woman who again insinuated that our own troops in Iraq were terrorists at the time then left the show, meanwhile still at the end of her contract. To have such ease at Barbara’s goodbye show was shocking to me. She walked around with a lot of control. And then when I had the chance to talk to her, Rosie herself told me on set, while we were miked up, that she produced the reunion show and that it was her idea. Do you think that the woman who left the way she did would be producing Barbara’s goodbye show? Here’s the shocker, it was actually her ‘hello show.’
Anyone who is going to be in that seat, if this is going to play out how I think it is, will have to be fully approved by Rosie. Let’s not forget, Whoopi Goldberg is sitting there. Whoopi is an EGOT [Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award winner]; Whoopi has more trophies in her case than Rosie. She’s the leader on that show. I’m going to be very interested to see how that goes… I don’t think it would be wise for Rosie to challenge Whoopi on anything.”
Wow. Seven years later and she’s still playing the Rosie Said We’re Terrorists card and then trying to pit Whoopi against Rosie because Whoopi has a lot of awards? Seriously, Hasselbeck, get a grip; if you got to be a co-host on The View based on the number of awards you’d won, you’d still be eating rice on Survivor. Get it queer: you’re not on the show anymore; you wore out your welcome; no one wanted to hear from you and so you slithered off to the place where all unwanted conservatives go when they think their opinion matters, Fox.

You need to take a seat.

And listen to Joy, that other liberal voice on the show, who appeared on CNN last week to talk about Hasselbeck’s busting a gut about Rosie’s return, calling Elisabeth’s comment about Rosie spitting in the face of the military was ”a hate-filled remark” and then adding:
“I thought that was really kind of below the belt—to say that she spits in the face of the military. I’d like Elisabeth to explain herself, really. What does she mean by that? Isn’t it kind of a nasty thing to say about somebody who basically is a good person? I mean, say what you want about Rosie O’Donnell, she’s a very generous person, she has a million kids, she’s always rescuing children — I mean, she has more kids than Mrs. Duggar at this point on her roster. Her son is at The Citadel — what more does Elisabeth want? … To say that she spits in the face of the military, that’s a dangerous thing to say about somebody. First of all, it’s not true. I would like her to prove it.”
Trouble is, Elisabeth won’t prove anything because she’s of that ilk—think Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum, and the Mama Grizzly Bore™--who think that just because they say something often enough it makes it true; it’s an affliction of nearly everyone at Fox News. Or in the GOP, or in Elisabeth’s case, both.

And, of course, Rosie has a say in the matter, though she’s mostly Tweeting her responses to Hasselbeck’s rant.

She does say that she initiated contact with Hasselbeck at The View’s reunion show the week that Barbara Walter’s retired, Tweeting that “she was hiding in her dressing room — til i walked right in and said hello — her reply LETS TAKE A SELFIE!!”

And then she began responding to Tweets that were sent her way …

So, we’ve heard from Elisabeth, that Crazy Republican Living in the Past and Still Carrying a Grudge, and we heard from a comical voice of reason in Behar, and we got Rosie’s POV via Twitter; but what of Whoopi, the last remaining co-host on the show?

Well, in true Whoopi form, she ain’t playin’. On the show last week, before ABC announced that Rosie was returning, Whoopi had some things to say …
"We don't know who's coming in! I will do my best to respect the audience, to make sure that we bring you The View that Barbara Walters wanted you to have, which is women talking about issues. We are not little kids. We are grown-ass women. … Quit trying to make me into something I'm not! I'm not a little girl with cat claws. I'm not a cat. I'm a human being. I'm a girl with a fist!"
Snap.

I hope with Rosie’s return, and Whoopi onboard, The View returns to its more relevant days, when the topics were politics and presidents, wars for oil and terrorism, and not The View of the Jenny McCarthy-Sherri Shepherd era where the discussions leaned more toward Justin Bieber throwing eggs, or Kanye throwing a tantrum.

Hopefully Rosie and Whoopi, and whomever else is tagged for the remaining two chairs, can discuss important issues, and hopefully Elisabeth — and remember dear, you are off the show, your opinion doesn't matter  will find a sense of peace and come to understand that she is not an important journalist, nor a person with a valid opinion, but rather just another story-spinning,Thanks Obama spewing Blond Talking Head on Fox.

Random Musings

So, Carlos’ birthday was Monday. I took him out for a celebratory dinner over the weekend at one of our favorite places, but Monday was the actual day so I planned to have his giftage for him that day.

Sadly, though I’d wanted to wake up early and have the present on the breakfast table for him, I slept a bit too long, and decided I’d give him his gift after work that night. That didn’t stop him from looking around for a gift or a card, or even an acknowledgment of his birthday; but here was none because I’m mean, or sneaky.

Another plus, was that I had the day off from work so I could bake him a birthday cake—the boy does love his cakes.

So, that I did; I baked a lovely Carrot Cake and wrapped his gifts, but then I realized he had to go to a meeting that night and would only be home a half-hour or so after work, jest enough time to grab a bite, so I decided to hold the cake and gist until he came home for the night.

Poor thing. The look on his face; he looked in the kitchen for a gift; he looked in the living room; he checked the fridge for a cake — which I had removed and set in the guest bedroom bathroom, out of sight.

I’m mean, or sneaky, like that.

And so, when he finally got home a little after 9PM I had his cake and gifts out on the kitchen island and he lit up like the gayest Christmas tree ever.

I might be mean, or sneaky, or whatever, but the look on his face was worth it.

Oh, and he liked the cake, too.
A new Tumblr was created by University of Virginia students asking for photographs illustrating "diversity" and this is one from the UVA swim team:

Hmm, you can’t spot the gay guys?

Interesting. I guess it really doesn’t make a difference.
Last month, Honey Maid graham crackers launched a new ad campaign called "This Is Wholesome" that highlighted all kinds of families, including an interracial couple, a single dad, and a gay couple.

Naturally, it spurred the bigots and homophobes to call for a boycott; the ironically, and incorrectly, named One Million Moms said Honey Maid and its parent company, Nabisco, "should be ashamed of themselves" for their "attempt to normalize sin."

And Twitter went crazy with folks saying they were disgusted by Honey Maid, and sickened by Honey Maid, and would never ever buy Honey Maid Graham Crackers again!

:::foot stomp head snap:::

But instead of bending to the haters, Honey Maid took the hate and turned it into something positive:

Love; sometimes it’s a big F-U to hate.
Speaking of bigotry and homophobia, the Hawaii Catholic schools office, which supervises three dozen Roman Catholic private schools in the state, approved a new contract that says teachers can be fired if they engage in homosexual activity or marry someone of the same sex; they can also be fired if they’ve had an abortion, used in vitro fertilization or live in "unmarried cohabitation."

Way to stay current. But it’s the Catholics so what do you expect?

And, not to be outdone by those showy Catholics, a top Mormon official — Neil L. Andersen of the Quorum of the Twelve … which sounds oddly Harry Potter-ish — reiterated the church’s longstanding opposition to same-sex marriage:

"While many governments and well-meaning individuals have redefined marriage, the Lord has not. He designated the purpose of marriage to go far beyond the personal satisfaction and fulfillment of adults, to more importantly, advancing the ideal setting for children to be born, reared and nurtured."

Funny, though, the Mormons who once espoused polygamy, don’t seem to get the irony in their statement about redefining marriage.

But it’s the Mormons so what do you expect?
One of my favorite shows, Being Human, ended its run this week. I never got into the Brit version upon which it was based and that may have been because it didn’t star one Sam Witwer.

A hot vampire if there ever was one. :::sniff::: Hopefully Sam gets a new TV gig where he can be hot and shirtless.

Just sayin'.
Congratulations to designer Tom Ford who just married Richard Buckley, his partner of twenty-seven years.

The march down the aisle goes on …
An old feature on this here bloggy thing was the ISBL Guest Comment of the Week.

I would scour the comments each week and then pick one that made me laugh, made me think, or even pissed me off, and post it again.

But that was a lot of work each week and so it petered out. However, this week, I found one comment -- on the Sister Laurel post -- that made me laugh out loud, and so I'll present the ISBL OGCotW to ♫Musique♫ for this:

Congrats, and maybe this will return to the blog every once in a while.
And TV. Wow, in the spring it sucks.

Resurrection is dead to me; I no longer believe in Believe; Da Vinci’s Demons have been offed on my TV.

Justified, starring the oh-so-hot Timothy Olyphant — ended its season this week and I’m already slipped into withdrawal issues, but next week, in its place, is a TV version, or reboot, or sequel, to Fargo. Could be crazy, could be crazy fun.

And speaking of crazy fun, Nurse Jackie returns this Sunday.

I guess it’s a good thing I cleaned up some recording space on the DVR?
Two Ru’s for the price of one! Woo-hoo-Ru.

This week’s first episode challenged the girls to pair up and create a commercial for RuPaul's Glamazon makeup line. And since this is TV and nothing’s real, those girls that didn’t care for one another were unexpectedly paired together!

Drag queen say what?

BenDeLaCreme was teamed with bitchy Darienne Lake; BFFs—at least on TV—Laganja and Adore Delano were a pair, Joslyn Fox and her idol Courtney Act, and Bitchy Bianca and Try Harder Trinity.

Ben and Darienne were not funny, and missed the mark in their ad, making it more about plastic surgery. Laganja and Adore sailed to a win on Adore’s semi-talented performance. Joslyn and Courtney channeled their inner real Housewives of Blahs-ville, while Trinity and Bianca were quite funny, and Trinity really stepped up her game.

Ben and Darienne are up for elimination and while I rooted for some Ben, Darienne knocked her out of the lip-sync. Luckily, though, Ru kept both girls to die another day.

Episode Two: The Drag Queens of Comedy! I loves me some funny, and I loves me some funny drag queens. Unfortunately, this season, there wasn’t a lot of funny on the stage and it was no contest as to who won the challenge:
Bianca Del Rio was high-larious! Seriously, I had DVRd the episode and watched it with Carlos and replayed it a few times because we were laughing so hard  her jokes. And she rocked the Runway Challenge in her Black-and-White Ball Gown. I may a new favorite.

Trinity K. Bonet was a true surprise. I was growing so tired of her defeatist attitude each and every week, and it looked to continue on the comedy stage. But she really brought the funny—and really brought the crowd back to life after the disastrous performance that came before her. I hope her streak continues because she’s starting to grow on me.

Darienne is hilarious, if a bit bitchy, only not this week. She’s a riot in her confessionals but onstage she was just so-so. And it doesn’t help that I just plain don’t like her. She’s like the Mean girl of the group, nice, or at least pretending to be nice, to your face, then all kinds of backstabbity behind your back.

BenDeLaCreme. What’s happening to you? I would have thought you’d have rocked the funny but it just flopped. She literally told a joke, and then ran to the next; wait for the laugh, girl. Or wait for the heckler to shout, “Tell a joke” and then get offstage. And, while I loved her Black-and-White gown, Michelle says all she gets from DeLa is costumes and she wants to know the queen. She bettah brang it next week, or she’ll be lipsticking the mirror on her way out.

Adore Delano, after the win last episode, fell flat. I love a curse word almost better than anyone but just stringing together f-bombs doesn’t a comedian make. Her Black-and-White look was better than previous, perhaps because this week she went mini-skirt so there would be no digs about gown length.

Courtney Act. I’m over you. Your Black-and-White look was cool, but your comedy wasn’t comedy. You sang a song, and not even a real funny song. Plus, you’re still doing pretty and only pretty. Maybe Bianca really does need to help you pack your bags?

Joslyn Fox started off strong with an ADD joke and then :::crickets::: And her runway look was like a Black-and-White version of what she wore last week that the judges trashed. Does she just own one piece of drag in every color? Still, her lip-sync was spot on, and the accidental matching drop-split with Laganja was a true highlight.

Laganja, Laganja, Laganja. Adios mama, oh-krrrrr? You should’a gone home before now because you’re just a poser. That whole sitting under the table thing? It’s what a six-year-old does to get attention, mama. Your comedy, mama? Not funny, mama. You’re lip-sync sunk, mama. You were terrible, mama. Oh-krrrrr.

What did YOU think?
When Obamacare compelled businesses to include emergency contraception in their employee health care plans, Hobby Lobby, a national chain of craft stores, was not having it and fought the law all the way to the Supreme Court. The contraception mandate, they said, forced them to violate their religious beliefs.

Funny though, because while tit foot stomped at SCOTUS, Hobby Lobby was spending millions of dollars on an employee retirement plan that invested in Teva Pharmaceutical , the manufacturers of the exact same contraceptive products — Plan B and Para Gard — that the firm's owners cited in their lawsuit.

So, they were making money off of the contraceptive they were fighting to have removed from their ACA plan; hypocrite say what?
So, recently in New Jersey, some comedians held a roast for former New Jersey Governor Brendan Byrne and current New Jersey governor, liar, and bully, Chris Christie attended.

Well, some of the comedians took their shots at Christie over BridgeGate, and among those was Joy Behar:

“When I first heard that he was accused of blocking off three lanes on the bridge, I said, ‘What the hell is he doing, standing in the middle of the bridge?”

Chuckle worthy. But after a few more Christie jokes, the big man stood up, interrupted her, and said, “This is a Byrne roast.”

When he tried to grab her notes, the audience laughed awkwardly.

“Stop bullying me,” Behar said as he sat down, to which said something and Behar shot back:
“Why don’t you get up here at the microphone instead of being such a coward?”

Christie stood up, walked to the lectern and said, “At least I don’t get paid for this.”

Then he sat down, giving Behar the last word; big mistake … huge.

“I really don’t know about the Presidency. Let me put it to you this way, in a way that you’d appreciate: You’re toast.”

Snap.
Look, I get PETA, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, but sometimes I think they should sit down and rethink their agenda.

It now appears that PETA  is looking to turn the $295,000 2,170-square-foot, mid-century modern private home into a vegan restaurant called “Eat for Life: Home Cooking.”
Oh, and the home they wish to use once belonged to Jeffrey Dahmer, and is the same home where the serial rapist, torturer and cannibal killed, dismembered and buried 19-year-old Steven Hicks.

PETA says:

“We are always looking forward to ways to draw attention to the violence inherent in the production of meat, eggs and milk — which involve processes that would shock all but the most hard-hearted person. Dahmer’s old house gives us a way to evoke sympathy for these victims and to suggest that a life-affirming diet can change everything.”

It appears, thankfully, that the house is not zoned for commercial use, so maybe this is just a PETA publicity stunt.

In the poorest of taste.
