I Didn't Say It

Arnold Schwarzenegger, former California governor, speaking to the Russian people and soldiers:

“Your lives, your limbs, and your futures are being sacrificed for a senseless war condemned by the entire world. So every bullet you shoot, you shoot a brother or a sister. Every bomb or every shell that falls is falling not on an enemy but on a school or hospital or a home.”

Stop. Speak up. End this.

Ans that goes for you America, too.

Madison Cawthorn, Nazi youth poster boy, admitting he is a traitorous mother f%ker in a newly unearthed video of his call to Charlie Kirk’s podcast during the Capitol riot:

“I’m safe. As you know I believe in the Second Amendment as well as a lot of other members, so we are armed. We are in a safe location. I can’t disclose where. You know obviously having the wheelchair I am able to carry many, multiple weapons at one time. So you know, everyone around me is armed.”

So, he helped get weapons into a federal building during an insurrection?

Why isn’t this son of a bitch in cuffs?

William Barr, former Attorney General, stood by the idiotic false comments he made before the 2020 election that mail voting was vulnerable to fraud:

“My view is that in such a closely divided country with so much at stake, we have to keep strong protections against fraud and protect the integrity of the election, and I think when they are diluted and reduced—which they were—then people are not going to have confidence in the election, whether or not fraud occurs.”

So, he denounced Thing 45’s assertions of voter fraud  but says there was voter fraud even though the only voter fraud uncovered has been on the GOP side with MAGAts casting votes for Barr’s old boss. Have I got that queer, Bill,  you lying POS?

PS Bill has a book to sell, so staying stupid shit is getting him all kinds of press.

Bob Chapek, Walt Disney Co. CEO, apologizing to employees at the company for the company’s handling of Florida’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ and said Disney would be pausing political donations in the state:

“Thank you to all who have reached out to me sharing your pain, frustration and sadness over the company’s response to the Florida ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill. Speaking to you, reading your messages, and meeting with you have helped me better understand how painful our silence was. It is clear that this is not just an issue about a bill in Florida, but instead yet another challenge to basic human rights. You needed me to be a stronger ally in the fight for equal rights and I let you down. I am sorry.”

Now, maybe to stand up for the LGBTQ+ Americans, rather than ‘pause’ donations, howsabout stopping all donations, to politicians and instead give to groups who can fight bigotry and hatred in this country.

Herschel Walker, former football player, Thing 45 devotee, and GOP Senate candidate for Georgia, sounding the idiot alarm:

“At one time, science said man came from apes, did it not? If that is true, why are there still apes? Think about it.”

Okay, Herschel, let’s go back to the fifth grade when we learned that humans did not evolve from the apes that you see at the zoom, but that humans and apes have a common—and now extinct—ancestor that lived roughly 10 million years ago.

Georgia? Do you want another representative of your state as stupid as  Marge Greene?

Tom Rice, GOP Congressman from South Carolina, slamming Thing 45 … yes, a South Carolina Republican slamming Thing 45:

“[Thing 45] is here because, like no one else I’ve ever met, he is consumed by spite. I took one vote he didn’t like and now he’s chosen to support a yes man candidate who has and will bow to anything he says, no matter what. If you want a Congressman who supports political violence in Ukraine or in the United States Capitol, who supports party over country, who supports a would-be tyrant over the Constitution, and who makes decisions based solely on re-election, then Russell Fry is your candidate.”

Huh … what was that one vote Thing 45 didn’t like? Was it when Rice crossed party lines and stood up for America by voting to impeach him following the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol?

Yes, it was.

Good for Tom Rice.

Dolly Parton, country legend, turning down induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame:

“I really do not want votes to be split because of me, so I must respectfully bow out. I do hope that the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will understand and be willing to consider me again—if I’m ever worthy. This has, however, inspired me to put out a hopefully great rock ‘n’ roll album at some point in the future, which I have always wanted to do! My husband is a total rock ‘n’ roll freak, and has always encouraged me to do one. I wish all of the nominees good luck and thank you again for the compliment. Rock on!”

Dolly should be given every single award and induction, no matter what it might be. But, when Dolly says ‘Count me out,’ count her out.

But … when the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame released their list of nominees, they said the “diverse list” reflected artists that had a “profound impact on the sound of youth culture” which explains the inclusion of Parton, and so the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame  will continue with voting and keep Dolly’s name on the list.
