  1. A couple were great: Sotomayor (and Roberts on Friday). And 'woke,' a word which is rapidly being used to define censorship.

    For me, ‘woke’ is simply ‘awake.’ Awake and aware and thinking for yourself and not parroting the GOP or some loon news channel.

    @Travel
    Both?

    @Debra
    Thought I don’t know if they’d know what to do with brains.

    @Frank
    It does ...

    @Marcia LaRue
    I guarantee that if SCOTUS ever made THAT the law, the men in this country would join the fight for Choice.

  6. As always, another outstanding collection Bob.

    The Sotomayor one speaks volumes and also, #5 could be called 'The Three Stooges', although that would be an insult to 'The Three Stooges'.

  7. I agree with the 'The Three Stooges'
    xoxo :-)

  8. The Bob Dole had had me rolling!!! And so true too.

    But the Walking Dead Covid variant was just brilliant. They may as well be the walking dead as far as I'm concerned.

    The Stooges I could deal with but these three???

    @TDM
    I may have a much cruder word than "Stooges."

    @Maddie
    I never liked Dole, but at least he wasn't this year's GOP.
    Those anti-vaxxers are walking dead, sooner or later.

  10. I dunno. I'm to the point where I am okay with this virus taking out all the Repulsivecans it can. If they're too stupid to get vaccinated, then they're too stupid to vote.

  11. I like the last cartoon and it's definition of "Woke". I think "Woke" should be wrestled back from those who have sought to use the term to denigrate thoughtful liberal people who show keen awareness of current political and social issues. "Woke" should be positive, not negative in my opinion.

    My thoughts exactly, though you said it better!

  13. The Supreme Court one is thought-provoking, and I like Lady Liberty searching for a booster. (Do we still say "Lady Liberty" in re. the Statue of?)
