I Didn't Say It ...

Kendrick Lamar, rapper, on Cankles and what he’s done to America:

“He’s a fool and we can’t keep pretending everything is fine. We have to remove him from power, because if we don’t, he’ll destroy everything this country has worked so hard to build and stand for. I want my country back. I know there are still more of us who believe in right and wrong—in empathy, kindness, and in bringing this nation together instead of tearing it apart.”

I agree, for the most part. But I think removing him from power could be a dangerous precedent and if the GOP comes back to power they will do the same out of spite.

Rather than remove him from power Vote Blue to have his power removed from him.

Christina Ricci, actress, on talking to her son about the gang rape at Cornell:

“Had the conversation with my 12-year-old son last night. He knows exactly what to do if he ever gets sent anything [like those texts] on a group chat or anywhere else. He also knows that he’s to use his size, gender, and privilege in this world to protect others. Talk to your boys. Make sure they know exactly what to do. In the time of bloated, orange, rapist villains inspire them to be heroes.”

Can we stop blaming woman for the crimes committed on them by men?

Women don’t get raped; men rape women.

Stop excusing the men with your words. Don’t tell women how not to get raped, tell men to stop raping women and punish the men that do.

Steve Schmidt, political strategist and co-founder of the Lincoln Project, on the Cankles Regime:

“[He] has been the worst president this country has ever had. And, I don't say that hyperbolically. He is. But he is a consequential president. And, he has brought this country in three short years to a place of weakness that is simply unimaginable if you were pondering where we are today from the day where Barack Obama left office. And there were a lot of us on that day who were deeply skeptical and very worried about what a [Cankles] presidency would be. But this is a moment of unparalleled national humiliation, of weakness. When you listen to the President, these are the musings of an imbecile. An idiot. And I don't use those words to name call. I use them because they are the precise words of the English language to describe his behavior. His comportment. His actions. We've never seen a level of incompetence, a level of ineptitude so staggering on a daily basis by anybody in the history of the country who’s ever been charged with substantial responsibilities. It's just astonishing that this man is president of the United States. The man, the con man, from New York City. Many bankruptcies, failed businesses, a reality show, that branded him as something that he never was: a successful businessman. Well, he's the President of the United States now, and the man who said he would make the country great again. And he's brought death, suffering, and economic collapse on truly an epic scale. And, let's be clear. This isn't happening in every country around the world. This place. Our place. Our home. Our country. The United States. We are the epicenter. We are the place where you're the most likely to die from this disease. We're the ones with the most shattered economy. And we are, because of the fool that sits in the Oval Office behind the Resolute Desk.”

No matter how much gold he gets from Michael’s craft stores, or how many buildings he demolishes, or aches he builds, or buildings he puts his name on or parts of the country he literally destroys—reflecting pools and rose gardens for example—he will never ever be remember fondly or in any good light by any free-thinking person in this country and around the world.

Ted Lieu, Democrat Congressman from California, on how to stop the Regime from tanking the election:

“Just go fucking vote! The [regime] is going to try and suppress your vote, to put obstacles in front of you. If you don’t get a mail-in ballot, go vote in person. If you discover you’re not registered to vote, go register to vote. You can check right now if you’re registered to vote. That’s the best way to stick it to an administration that’s trying to keep you from voting. Go vote as soon as you can—do not be intimidated.”

CAST A GODDMANED VOTE!!!!

Jamie Raskin, Democrat Representative from Maryland, on another reason we need Democrats to vote: the Supreme Court:

“There is nothing magical or scared about having nice Supreme Court Justices. Congress has repeatedly expanded—and reduced—the size of the Supreme Court. Now, after abdicating war powers, spending powers, tariff powers and the power to control federal structures and buildings like the White House and the Reflectingh Pool, the MAGA-controlled Congress wants to relinquish yet another essentialconstitutional mpower that goes back to the Founding—the power to fix the size of the Supreme Coutr. I argued and voted ‘No.’”

Give them term limits starting as soon as possible, and then rid us of Uncle Clarence and Samuel Hitler and Lame-ass Roberts.

Impeach Coney Barrett and Kavanuagh for outright lying during their confirmation hearings and build a court that works for We The People and not an adjudicated rapist.

E. Jean Carroll, victim of rape by the current President of the United States, on her rapist and the award she was given:

“I don’t understand how people can be afraid of a fat, elderly man who wears apricot makeup, his hair done up like Tippi Hedren in The Birds and sits in a courtroom and moans and groans and complains and snorts. When the jury got a load of him, they were mesmerized. You’ve never seen anything like it … He never sat still. And he talked the entire time, within earshot of the judge. He belittled Alina Habba, his own attorney. He would spit as he was talking. He didn’t smell so good. The high point was the moment he stood up, with steam coming off his back and hot air blowing out his ears because Robbie Kaplan [Carroll’s lawyer] was giving the final argument and she was asking the jury how much it would take to make him stop. And she drove him so crazy, he stood up in the courtroom and left. When a man is innocent … he stays and fights. He lost right at that second. He couldn’t have looked more guilty.”

And snap!!!

  1. I fully agree. Should he be removed, the GOP will do the same if regaining power. Take his power away from him. Congress needs to take back all the power it has relinquished over the decades. That includes reform of the SCOTUS. And the democratic voters need to know all that cannot be accomplished in two years.

    1. Cut him off at the knees until he's voted from office.

  2. They are all correct.
The one that hits with most certainty?
    E. Jean Carroll. Because she goes to the heart of it. And we know it’s true.

  3. My hope is that a loss in November will be enough for a blood clot to break free and take him out permanently. The work that will be needed to repair your country and its repuration in the world will take decades.

    1. Sadly, that would only end him, while the regime stays in power under J Dufus Vance.

  5. From the outside looking in, the state America is in is down to the current president and his whisperers. I thought that what I read about Project 2025 was dreadful, but the reality was way, way worse and there is another 2 years, 2 years in which the current regime could ruin the world, let alone America..

  6. Well, all of these quotes just warmed the cockles of my heart, especially Steve Schmidt's. (With E. Jean Carroll a close second. I loved, "He didn't smell so good." LOL!)

My votes are already in. I've done my part.

  7. I like Kendrick Lamar's thoughts. When it all comes down to it you want a country where people "believe in right and wrong—in empathy, kindness". These are traits that The Orange Monster has never, ever shown. I am sure that he thinks they are weaknesses but he is wrong - they are strengths.

    1. Well, Cankles was raised by a mother who didn't love him and a father who was a Nazi so his personality was cooked at birth.

  8. I too agree with Kendrick Lamar but also don't think impeachment....beside it will never happen and take time in his next two years left. By time they could get him out...his time will be up anyhow.

And major kudos to Christina Ricci. That is wonderful parenting right there.

    1. Like I said, hold him in check for the next two years and then get a Democrat in office.
      Ricci is spot on!

  9. All these astute, intelligent statements from good people and still what sticks with me is “He didn’t smell so good.” I admire E. Jean Carroll for never giving up the fight and for giving up so much of her life to make him face justice.

  11. I wish I could send Princess & Alice to the white house to put the felon in the toilet. I agree with you about not removing him, but Carol and I are convinced he's going to hide in that bunker under the ballroom and refuse to leave after a new president is elected, even if that new president is Maybelline Vance. You know he doesn't give a fuck about Vance. He will be protected by the military, the magats, and the supreme court. It won't matter how well the Democrats do in the mid-terms. He's not going to give up and go away. I hope we are wrong.

    Love,
    Janie

  12. I agree with Janie Junebug; he will never willingly leave, he will fight tooth and nail, or with anything else he has to stay in the White House, there will be gouges in walls and floors where he has had to be dragged out kicking and screaming and whining the whole way about the election being rigged and how he is going to get even. He is probably the most vile person in the entire country.
    VOTE BLUE!
