I Didn't Say It ...

Angie Nixon, Democratic Senate candidate from Florida, demolished J “Dufus” Vance after he said she “doesn’t belong in America” and should “get the hell out”:

“I don't wanna COUCH my words here: I know JD Vance, his eyeliner, and absent Ashley Moody are used to running away from people when things get tough because they care more about themselves and their billionaire buddies than the people they represent. But this is my home. The most ordinary man imaginable came to my home state to tell me to ‘get out of America’ while they enjoyed the comfort of buildings my ancestors built. Imagine standing on the shoulders of the people who built this country & then telling their descendants they don’t belong here! Wanting lower property insurance & healthcare for families isn't un-American; it’s what working people deserve. They can take their tech-bro cash and their weird, intrusive agenda somewhere else, because I'm not going any damn place. I don’t go high when they go low. I get LOUD. Because the soul and humanity of this country are at stake.”

Nobody has any right to tell any American to “get out” of the country just for having different ideas. That goes against the founding principles of this nation and the Constitution that Vance supposedly is upholding.

But J “Dufus” is a pawn who will do what the billionaires tell him to do like telling a Black woman she doesn’t belong here.

Bernie Sanders, Democrat Senator from Vermont, on Cankles’ new ego ad:

“This is what authoritarianism looks like . Thirty-eight days before the midterms, [the] Narcissist-In-Chief … is illegally using $430,000 in taxpayer dollars to run a 30-second ad on Fox praising himself. This is what you’d see in North Korea, not America. Fox; take this bogus ad down.”

Can you imagine how the regime would shriek and cry and pout if a Democrat president using taxpayer money to create an ad to boost his fragile ego?

No, you can’t because that would never happen.

Bradley Whitford, actor, on the ICEstapo prison camps:

“We live in a country that has internment camps. As of July 2026, there are 65,756 human beings in detention camps. There are 6,200 children who have been detained since [Cankles] took office. [His] promised was to go after the worst of the worst, yet only 3% of those detained have a violent felony conviction. These are not criminals in interment camps. These are human beings, many of whom were in the middle of going through what they thought was the legal process to become citizens.”

That is not America.

And yet just this week a thirteen-year-old boy and a three-year-old girl, who had been in a detention camp without their parents or family, went before a judge who ruled that they are to be deported to a country where they are not from, never lived or don’t have family there.

That is not America … is it?

Claude Malhuret, French Senator, on Cankles ineptitude:

“After assembling the most powerful army in the world, failing to win a war against the middle power, causing oil and gas prices to skyrocket and delivering incoherent speeches, the golfer from Mar-a-Lago shamelessly admits to being stunned by the Iranian response, which was entirely predictable and now calls for help from his allies who he was insulting just yesterday, and they replied to him, ‘You didn’t consult anyone, you have no plan and we have no reason to follow you blindly into the fog.’ [Cankles] … now has no choice, but between two equally bad options: to withdraw shamefully, pretending without convincing anyone that he has achieved his objectives, or to trigger an escalation with results that have been known in advance since Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan, a quagmire, and in the end, a disgraceful departure, leaving the field open at the time to the Communists to Daesh [ISIS] or to the Taliban.”

His war for oil, his war for profit, his war to enrich billionaires and oil companies will end up causing more fear and more terror in the world, but, hey, as long as he got a few coins who cares about America?

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Democratic Representative from New York, on the Cornell University gang rape:

“There were several students suspended and put on track for deportation by Cornell University for protesting the genocide in Palestine on campus. We do that for someone engaging in Free Speech and protest on campus, but we make rapists write an essay.”

The claim that students were told to write essays as punishment comes from a civil lawsuit filed by the victim but university states that essay-writing was never the sole consequence given.

Not the “sole” consequence given? What were the others? Clean your room? Pick up trash?

Tammy Duckworth, Democrat Senator from Illinois, offering a blunt, assessment of her own party's record:

"What happened in the Biden administration was we fixed all the stuff that [Cankles] broke and Republicans broke in their administration, but we didn't do anything innovative and we didn't make people's lives better. Fuck that shit, we're gonna make it better. We're going to put a public option on the exchange, or we're going to allow Medicare buy-in for 50-year-olds and older. We spent time in the Democratic Party with our leadership being polite, not wanting to break the filibuster because, oh, God forbid, if we blow up the filibuster then they might do it to us, and we're not going to do it. We're going to give their Supreme Court nominees the full process. We're going to do everything by the book. And what I've told Democratic leadership is, like, cut that out. You've seen what happened. They steamrolled us as soon as they took over. And it was to the detriment of the American people and to the detriment of America's national security around the world."

Again, it’s a woman standing up and speaking truth to power, and not some man who speaks in riddles and puns and what ifs.

Let’s elect more women to power.

  1. This regime needs to be taken down. No doubt about it. Duckworth and the Dems need to be honest, though. They will have two years of Cankles to contend with. Their hands will be sorely constrained unless they have a veto-proof majority in BOTH congressional chambers. If they continue to make those kinds of promises and can't deliver on them, we'll be right back to Repuke Rule.

  3. It angers me when people are told to go home just because of the colour of their skin. It angers me even more when rabid politicians with the same colour skin are working to deport them to gain kudos with their followers.

    1. But for J "Dufus" Vance to tell a Black woman she can't live here because she's a socialist while being married to a Middle Eastern woman who doesn't fit the Nationalist Christian, AKA Nat-C, image, is astounding.

  4. A powerful assemblage of quotations. How dare that fat beardie dolt say that to Angie Nixon? As for the ego ad that Mr Sanders mentioned, I am now going to try to find it online - just to stoke up my hatred of The Fake President even more.

    1. The ad is hilarious because it aired right after the leader of Communist China was celebrated by the regime and in the ad Cankles says he will stop the Communists.

  5. A few thoughts:

*Angie: Black women, pushing to the front to save us yet again. But truth be told, we should all be doing our part to get this current administration and its enablers gone.

*Bradley is spot on. We should be raising our voices louder about ICE roaming our states practically lawless. It warms my heart to see the pushback from everyday citizens. Bravo to the community that came together and pushed ICE and local police back to their hovels to spare the roofers. It's still not settled who made the call, but if it was the homeowner, he'd better be careful, because when he's out to dinner, his home might be torched. I'm not saying I approve, but stranger things have happened.

*Claude knows how it works. Diaper Don went into this "war" thinking it would be won and done. Something like this needs a village of support, and now he's left high and dry. The cavalry is not coming. Dumb ass!! As always.

*Don't get me started on Cornell and the old boys' club. The college and the students should be ashamed of themselves, and so should everyone in the group chat who said "no thank you" and did nothing. Let's rope in the ones who showed up and participated, too. Here's hoping justice comes for the lady, and no more essays this time.

*Go, Tammy!! I work at a safety-net hospital, and we're doing our best to make sure our patients have a soft place to land with all these Medicaid cuts. And now kicking folks off SNAP? Billionaires are blatantly getting richer, and this is what the administration is going to do? It's been shown that work requirements don't work, but sure, let's try that again. Crazy-ass people.

Have a great weekend, and take care of our Carlos. For fair and balanced reporting, he needs his own day of the week on the blog to air his grievances and show off his comedy. You do know he's our mascot. Be well.

    1. What we need is to turn out in record numbers election day no matter what the polls say. I don't give a flying F is they say we're up by 30 points, I will cast my vote and every single person who wants this regime held accountable and/or taken down, needs to do the same.

  6. Angie Nixon and Tammy Duckworth brought the absolute thunder in this lineup!

Angie calling out Vance and the eyeliner while defending her roots was brilliant, and Duckworth’s "fuck that shit" regarding timid party leadership is the exact energy needed right now. No more bringing polite rulebooks to a demolition derby.

Elect more women who aren't afraid to speak truth to power. Always love these roundups, Bob—have a wonderful weekend!

  10. Tammy is right on target.
That’s what Dems ALWAYS do: fix the catastrophic effects of a Repug administration. And I agree: fuck that. This administration has created so much misery (those poor children!) and so much resentment that people will see repercussions for decades to come. That’s why I don’t understand why any Latinx person would vote MAGA. And yet here we are.

    XOXO
