All of them cleared billions in 2018...Not only do they dodge the taxman they also don't follow fair labor standards...I was reading an account of one guy's adventures working for a cruize ship...Long hours...Claustrophobic crew quarters...Lousy pay...I came away with the term indentured servant...
Registering under a flag of convenience helps companies avoid legislation on paying their crew - they employ people who are paid $2 per hour or something equally extravagant. It's immoral.
